Good service, nice portion sizes. A little pricey and maybe could have been a little bit warmer. The smoked mashed potatoes were a great call though, and the house sauces (especially the spicier one) were great!

Wow! This place is great! I happened across it while in the Provo Towne Center Mall and decided to get some take home food. The gals there were focused on customer satisfaction and had me try almost everything on the menu before purchasing anything. They have the most delicious creamed corn of all things, and the same goes for the banana pudding. I walked out with some baby back pork ribs and some tri-tip. This is a great family owned business. I have brought several people there for business lunches at the PTCM (very convenient from I-15), and the food is always great! The house sauce was AMAZING. Typically I don’t like BBQ house sauces cause they’re too sweet, but this wasn’t like that and I loved it! I would buy it by the bottle! My wife got the pulled pork with mac and cheese and I got the brisket with coleslaw and the loaded baked beans. Everything was DIVINE, especially the mac and cheese! Okay I am a food truck owner/operator and work hard to serve up a quality product, and then you try another trucks food. Damn these guys serve up some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Had the pulled pork plate off the truck with mac n cheese and potato salad. The pulled pork was smoky and delicious, the mac n cheese was warm and tasty and the potato salad was pretty solid although the tiny cubes of potatoes was a little off putting but they were perfectly cooked.
