Today was the office baby shower for our girl Keilani! To help us celebrate Gina picked up Keilani's favorite cake from Catering 2U.
Strawberry short cake cheesecake. Aaaah hold on what was that? Yuppp. Strawberry shortcake cheesecakes! Cake on the bottom cheesecake on the top. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was amazing and owners and staff could not have been more accommodating with our tight pick up schedule. Thanks again for that too.
Can't wait to try Catering 2U for dinner.

Dinner and dessert was amazing! We had the shrimp, mac and cheese, salmon and every dessert we could eat and it was all delicious and comforting!
My favorites so far are the shrimp, salmon, mac & cheese and the cake/cheesecake. Well everything I tried!

I love Smokey's! The BBQ is the best around and the staff is very friendly. The menu is small, but for good reason... everything they make is tasty and done properly (no shortcuts). Today I picked up a half pan of the Smack and Cheese from the seafood side to take to an office party. This was a great addition to our potluck lunch for Boss's Day and everyone enjoyed it. It was creamy, gooey and peppery but still had a nice baked top. I will definitely order this again! I love everything i have had here. we go there pretty much every week sometimes twice a week. You really, really have to try it. best pulled pork i've ever had. today we all had burgers and they were amazing. i am a really picky person too. had pumpkin pie on wednesday and it was still warm out of the oven. i have to say it was equal to my own. chocolate chip cookies amazing, i can't come close to making them that good. crab wonton burger frank says was delicious. smack-n-cheese is one of the best i've had. homemade crab cakes, really good. my mom had the banana pudding, delicious! really nice people. prices are good. $6/$8 for the best burger i've had in a long time. came with fries too. real fries. $12 for a pulled pork platter that came with 2 sides. big portion too. i had the leftovers for lunch 2 days. i don't want to use up their page so i will stop now. great place, great people, great food! I went with me and my mom to try it out for the first time and from the moment we walked in their very relaxing atmosphere we got greeted by the nicest people and they helped us understand how everythinng works and let us try some of their food items, and sides. Let me tell you the food was outstanding and the sides where mouth-watering. We ordered 1/2 rack of ribs and a pulled pork sandwich let me tell you the best I have ever had the ribs where so tender and fell right off the bone with no effort. Please go and try it! Thank you SO much for catering my dad's birthday party. The food was AMAZING and the staff was so courteous and friendly. The beef brisket and pulled pork were so juicy and the smoked chicken had an amazingly deep and smokey flavor . The mac n cheese was among the best I've ever had. Catering2u is a welcomed relief from the usual, since B2 closed. The people are friendly and the food delicious, I have yet to be disappointed. Let's start with my favorite course, dessert. The strawberry shortcake cheesecake is hands down my favorite, good thing anytime fitness opened down the street ;). They started introducing pastries alongside their cookies, muffins, pies, and cakes. Bear claw was fantastic, chocolate croissant was flakey with a rich chocolatey center. I can't have enough of the blackened salmon. It's the best blackened seasoning I've ever had, perfectly balances the fish without overwhelming. If he has it, get the pineapple salsa with it, goes great with it. Now off to Smokey's world. Smokey's ribs and pulled pork are my favorite, melt in your mouth goodness with a delicious sticky bbq sauce you can't waste, that you lick your fingers when no one is looking (our secret). Both counters have excellent sides. The portions are generous and meals can be split for 2-3 servings. This place is perfect for those nights when you dont have time or energy to cook, wash dishes, or realize your fridge is empty (guilty). You can just call in an order and pick it up on the way home.
