I absolutely love this restaurant. We get the butchers block every time we go and it's delicious every time. The salmon is cooked to perfection I also very much enjoy the grilled okra. The staff is always polite, thorough and efficient. The prices are fair for the quality of food but expect to spend 60-100$ for two people. Well worth it every time. More...

Last night we enjoyed our first dinner at Smoke.  It was everything our friends and family had said it would be.  We were able to get right in around 7:30pm.  Apparently, without reservations on a Saturday night is not as easy.  I'm not sure how we got so lucky but glad we did.  My husband ordered the porterhouse lamb chop.  Def one of the tables favorites.  He got fries as a side instead and wow it comes with a very large helping so you can def share.  I ordered the pork chop with risotto & green beans.  So delicious.  Their risotto is now one of my favorites.  My sister and brother in law had the salmon and chicken pasta.  We also shared bites of each other's and learned their wasn't a bad bite.  Our server was excellent in helping us order and recommended to not sub anything but you can if you choose and I'm glad I didn't because the flavors paired together were fabulous.  I also recommend ordering the  Planet Oregon pinot noir.  Excellent!!! We will be back in the near future for sure.  Smoke is a new favorite. More...

First time here and it was really good.  I ate the chicken fried pork loin it was pretty good and not overly breaded.  The next time I'm getting the Wet Breakfast Burrito, I tasted my husband 's. It was soooooo tasty, really a pleasant surprise.  We went for brunch. I will definitely be back for dinner!  Mimosas are good but you have to try the Smoke Coffee, if you aren't driving, IJS.  Oh yea the burger was good too, perfect seasoning and smoky taste.  They even have a cool cigar room. Smoke truly is one of my Tulsa favorites. Today we visited for brunch. My absolute favorite thing was the side of chicken fried bacon. It's basically chicken fried pork belly and it is absolutely delicious. There was plenty to bring home. More...

This place is a must! The food is spectacular and honestly one of a kind! Coming from Houston we were truly surprised with such a chef inspired menu! Everything was a true delicacy!! Alex, our waiter was phenomenal! Extremely attentive and did not rush us although we ended up being the last customer. We will definitely be back again! A neat added feature is their awesome private cigar lounge. The smoke does not interfere with the rest of the restaurant for those who may be concerned! Love love love Smoke on Cherry St. More...

I've been here several times now and am never disappointed. For appetizers, the bacon jam is my FAVORITE, but you really can't go wrong with any of them. I can't pick a favorite food, but I typically get whatever fish is on special and have loved everything. Also if you haven't been by for Monday burger night, you're missing out! More...

Yeah have been here several times and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Top notch items all around. Brunch is awesome, lunch is amazing and dinner is even better. The cocktails! So great! I recommend the Bloody Mary bar. It is very well stocked and stays clean. This is a place you could go for a nice dinner date or even a casual night out. We try and go here every Valentine's because their food is AMAZING! We always get the butcher block, and it is more than enough food for the two of us. The flavors here are out of this world, with every single bite! But last night, we didn't have that "Smoke" experience we usually do. We waited for almost an hour for our food. And then when we finally got it, everything buy the okra and sausage were less than warm. We even asked for the extra brussel sprouts we ordered to be sent back and heated up. We would've liked for the rest of the food to be reheated, but we were uncomfortable enough just asking for the brussel sprouts. Our ribeye was very fatty and gristly. I know the ribeye is meant to be fatty, but there was just too much. Seemed like it could've been trimmed better. All in all, the flavors conquered all and we had a great time as usual. I still give this place 4 stars on a bad day because it is AMAZING food. I'm guessing we just caught the kitchen staff on a busy night. Will definitely be coming back here and look forward to enjoying a wonderful meal! More...

Smoke is excellent. It's great for a nice date or something very casual - it's appropriate for either.I typically go for brunch. The biscuits and gravy are original; it's a square-shaped, fluffier biscuit with a flavorful gravy. I've had other meals but this is my favorite - and the bacon is really good here.Smoke is known for good mimosas. When my friend was in town, we had a few pitchers and really enjoyed ourselves. The service is usually really good. We had a really bad first impression with a hostess one time (my wife was really cold from the proximity to the AC so we moved a couple of times) but the waitress was awesome. In general, we really enjoy the service!Overall, Smoke is a great option. We love going there, in the heart of Cherry Street, and will be back soon. More...

This place is fabulous, I'm already planning my return. We went for brunch. I got the smoked salmon scramble because I'm trying to keep my New Years resolutions and it was awesome. Goat cheese? Capers? Yummy salmon? It's almost like they're cheating but omg the potatoes and the star of the plate: whole wheat toast grilled on the flat top, I've never seen that. So delicious. My son got the sausage scramble with gravy and biscuits, those things are light as air but I only had a few bites (because resolutions) but they were the best at the table. My husband had the brisket burrito and it was amazing too. And we had a carafe of mimosas for 14 dollars are you kidding me? How amazing is that? Plus great service and great prices. All the stars! The restaurant is in the trendy part of town. There is limited parking so that can be an issue. If you find a spot and get inside the atmosphere is uptown casual. The butter for the bread is very good. It has roasted rosemary and complementary to the soft bread. I had the half chicken plate and it was very good. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and very tender and flavorful. But the surprise to me was the bbq sauce. It was the right amount of sweet and heat for me. I would recommend trying this place out. Was taken here for lunch on a Friday. Easily seated before noon, there was literally SRO by the time we left. Madhouse full. I ordered: Goat Cheese Gnocchi - 16mushroom, butternut squash, fried sage, spinach, Manchego, smoked tomato cream. This was delicious. Loved that they add fried sage. My only complaint is there simply wasn't enough of that devine smoked tomato cream. Gnocchi needs sauce. My partner enjoyed the Friday Blue Plate special ($10) of 2 street-size catfish tacos and I didn't even get a bite! But the presentation was impeccable. Depends upon interpretation, but could be perceived as a tad pricey.  Great place for a business lunch. Service was fine and I can't imagine that it happens often, but we had a hard time getting checked out. Our waitress was so busy, she was everywhere. Four stars for that and lack of sauce for the gnocchi. No pictures since it was a business lunch. Sorry. Pictures tell the story imo. More...

Smoke is a good local restaurant on Cherry Street, and like the name of the place suggests their specialty are smoked meat, poultry, and fish!We started the evening with a Rose Golden cocktail, very refreshing and full of fruit flavor made with their passion fruit infused simple syrup, complementing the herbal taste of the Hendrick's gin very well. The cocktail list is pretty nice and we will definitely come back and try more drinks! It was our second time there and we opted to try the butcher block because it was so hard to choose one specific dish! The butcher block came with a selection of meats including andouille sausage, a sirloin steak, salmon, a pork chop with sides of fried mashed potatoes, okra, and asparagus. The platter comes with three different sauces each complementing the meats very well! The sirloin steak was perfectly cooked medium rare as we requested and was delicious. The andouille sausage has a little kick of heat and are very flavorful! The salmon was great, melts in your mouth and has a nice smoky flavor. The only piece of meat that we could have done without was the pork chop because it was too dry.Overall it's a good place to catch up with friends or go on a date in the heart of Cherry Street! My grandparents and I came here during dinner one night but didn't dine in because it seemed to expensive and odd for their Friday night cravings. This trip, my parents were here and decided we should try it. I am so glad we did.The lunch menu is around $12-16 per plate. It is a lot less daunting than I thought. They have hamburgers, Rubens, salads, and potato chips. Every table starts with fresh chopped potato chips. The ranch dip that comes with them is delicious. It tastes like a mixture of garlic aioli and ranch with a little kick. I am not sure what gives it a pinkish tint, but it is pink. For our main meal, I asked if the Salmon melt or the Wood-Grilled Salmon Salad was better. The waitress (who was very polite and attentive) said the salad. The Wood-Grilled Salmon Salad had kale, shaved Brussels sprouts, goat cheese, cranberries, sunflower seeds, & spicy maple vinaigrette for $14. It was the best salmon salad I have ever had. The goat cheese was exquisite, there were not too many cranberries, the kale wasn't bitter, and the vinaigrette was not too much or over powering. The sunflower seeds were a nice touch. I liked the shaved Brussels sprouts because they added a good crunch. My family got the chicken club and the burger. I sampled the burger and fries, but it wasn't anything special in my opinion. The fries lacked luster and it was the same with the burger. I tasted the char more than anything. Although, the thick bacon on it was a plus, but my mom said it was mostly fat.My sister liked the chicken club but is glad she got the bacon jam on the side. My dad LOVED the jam, but she did not like it. I didn't care for it either. We sat in a corner booth. It was absolutely wonderful for conversation between the six of us. The place is upscale and modern looking. They have a cigar room for people to smoke. Thankfully, the rest of the restaurant does not smell like smoke. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. They have fresh flowers and grey, white, and silver colors. The ambience is stylish and upscale.  We arrived on Saturday around noon and were disappointed with only being presented the brunch menu.  The biscuits are moist and delicious with unique flavored butter.  We ordered open faced green chili burger and some sausage.  The open faced green chili burger was the perfect combo of spice and savory.  The portion  is huge for lunch and fries are included.  This is a shareable dish if you have that kind of friends. Personally, the Bar-B-Que sauce with the sausage was not my favorite.  Very spicy Witt a little smoke.  I bet some people would love it, but I think I prefer a little more sweet taste in my sauce.  This is a great destination on Cherry St. In addition, the bathrooms are super clean, trendy, and smell delightful. I took my adult nephew out to lunch after we ran some errands.  I used my yelp, as I often do, to find a nearby restaurant.  We drove by SMOKE and decided to stop.   Upon entering the restaurant I found it very pleasing to the eye. It was clean, and well decorated and we were  seated immediately.   It took us a few minutes to peruse the menu as it contained numerous choices.   I believe that Smoke is probably known for their beers as the selection  is very large. They might even brew their own beer I'm just not sure about that as we were not interested in a drink. We saw many things on the menu that we would enjoy but we stopped when we saw the Ruben sandwich. We both ordered one. Oh by the way when you sit down you are served a large basket of homemade potato chips. What a treat. They were served along with a  ranch dipping sauce that obviously had something in it as it was a pinkish color. It was delicious and I could not stop eating those homemade potato chips. The wait was very short and our Ruben's were served. They were beautiful!!  As I bit in for the first taste I was in heaven. I know for a fact that this was the best Ruben I have ever eaten. I have traveled in every state and even overseas and never found a better Ruben.  It was served on tasty toasted bread, and was stacked with perfect kraut and was complemented by a very tasty dressing. The corned beef was absolutely perfect. It was moist and was not messy. It was PERFECT ! After paying the check we headed for the door but stopped at the next table as they were just being served the most beautiful huge piece of catfish I have ever seen. We are going back next time for that! More...

Just had some dental work done a couple days ago, but really wanted to eat out.Recommended a soup per my request. Perfect amount of spices and the blue cheese added a good kick. The rest of the menu here is why you come though, I've eaten here twice before and they delivered once again with a random soup request this time ha which says a lot for me. I appreciate the staff and them taking notice of my struggling effort to eat, due to the prior dental work I mentioned above. They ended up comping my soup despite my refusal. The bacon is rendered down into a sweet perfection. That coupled with the tartness of the goat cheese and the arugula is absolutely the perfect combination. I followed that with a homemade corn beef hash with 2 eggs over easy along with a side of bacon...hog heaven. I had such a good experience I came back when I was traveling through town again. This is our first time in Tulsa as we decided to stop and stay here for a night en route to Dallas . My wife found Smoke via yelp and boy I'm glad she did. We went on a Saturday night and they were obviously very under staffed that night. They had a poor older gentleman being the lone waiter for nearly the entire restaurant and he couldn't keep up. The food took forever to arrive but when it did, I had the best pork chop of my life, well worth waiting for. (management) get your staffing issues worked out More...

This is such a cool place. Dark wood, fancy waiters, and a private cigar smoking lounge await you.Parking is difficult in this area, I recommend taking a Lyft. There are so many fun things on the menu, but I ordered the steak and it was PERFECT. We split a cheese board at the table and it was really good too.Only negative is, we never got bread, so my cheat meal was unsatisfied on the carb front! I now know Cherry Street is chock full of a boatload of hipster coffee shops, bars and dinner hot spots...but...don't miss out on not only the FOOD but the BEER.  OMG.  I never thought I would say this...as I'm a well-touted wine junkie who's barely tolerant of hops-based beverages...but this might have changed my stubborn wino mind. The Prairie Bomb is a darker stout that is dripping in not-so-subtle tones of COFFEE (my 2nd-favorite beverage behind red wine) and am guessing, molasses (?).  It has layer upon layer of complex flavors that wash over your tongue in slow, measured waves.  It's a sensual masterpiece.  Definitely a sipping beer...don't waste the experience on gulps! Was also advised that Prairie is brewed each year at the holidays with a special blend that is specific to that year and changed each year thereafter.  I'm seriously thinking we need to go to Tulsa one Christmas just see what the brewmaster cooks up for this batch.  The beer is THAT good.Okay, now that I've broken tradition of dishing on the food first, I can't leave out the FOOD!  A co-worker had recommended we have a team dinner there as she had tried it the night before and extolled the virtues of the Pimento Cheese Grits.  Not the meats, not the alcohol, but the grits.  I was intrigued as I truly appreciate the finer notes of Southern cuisine and grits is definitely a simple, but overlooked side, most times.  So I ordered the one and only dish that had these special grits as its accompaniment...the Pork Brisket.  While the Brisket was nicely flavored and tasty, the grits and the greens (best I've ever eaten) were the standouts there.  I could eat bowls of those grits and greens every night.  Not a bad meal was had by any in our dinner party...and our normally raucous bunch was rather quiet...fully engrossed in the taste experiences we all had.  And the ambiance and service were stellar.  Oh and the waiter was cute with his little pony tail swinging in the breeze, and the flirty smile that will sell lots of Prairie Bombs.  We're all going back next month for work and we WILL be back to get more Smoke! The reviews are as good as they say. Which is rare because usually a restaurant or establishment doesn't always live up to the hype.Smoke on Cherry Street does. Big time. If you want the true definition of food porn, come here. I've never had such a good burger! It was perfectly cooked at medium with spicy mustard and thick, rich cheese. The fries are crispy and delicious. They were out of this world awesome, but heavy on the spice. I could only eat a few due to them being so spicy. The waitress recommended the Cabernet Sauvignon and I can see why. It was bold and hearty tasting. It went down smooth. At 7.00 it wasn't a bad deal. The whole meal was amazing and we would definitely return. More...

Smoke is one of the best restaurants in Tulsa! It is perfect for a nice evening out or a 1 hour "power" lunch. Expect fresh, flavorful and properly seasoned food. Something there for everyone.Menu: Locally sourced American fare. Hooray!!!! Not bloated with a lot of choices but it changes seasonally. Expect a variety of proteins and sides on both their lunch and dinner menu. Personal favorite is the brisket mac & cheese for lunch or their bone in pork loin chop w/ risotto for dinner. They always have a market special (sea food and/or meat) that is fantastic. Currently salmon in a lemon/butter and white wine sauce w/ flat noodles. Their chef's butcher block (for 2) is a carnivore's delight.  They also have a good cocktail and beer/wine selection. 8 local beers on TAP!Atmosphere: modern, warm and cozy. What makes them unique is their cigar room that is closed off from the rest of the space by a large glass door and has a separate ventilation system.Prices: 12-30$ for lunch, 20-50 for dinner all inclusive More...

Recently visited Smoke with some friends over the holiday. We are from Denver, and were happy to discover this humble Tulsa gem! The restaurant offers new Americana food with a rustic feel. We started the meal with cider braised mussels, grilled sausage and crispy quail legs. The sausage was delicious and the crispy quail legs were also good. I wasn't a huge fan of the cider braised mussels, but my friends were. For the entree I enjoyed the braised pork cheek ragu over hand cut pasta. This is possibly the tastiest pasta dish I have ever had! Every bite was divine. My friends enjoyed the bone-in pork loin chop and rack of lamb. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake which was the perfect ending to a scrumptious meal. The restaurant has a wonderful wine selection, and the service was friendly and attentive. More...

Today was my second time to have brunch at Smoke, and it was just as good as I remembered. The smoked salmon and spinach scramble was large, moist, and decadent on top of some very tasty brioche. I subbed the salad for some potatoes, which were a little crispy with yummy Cajun seasoning. And the server was great about refilling our drinks frequently. Let me start out by saying that our most recent visit was a private event hosted in the restaurant.   The service was impeccable starting with hors d'oeuvres of mini crab cakes, andouille and pimento cheese on crostini, and the most delectable short rib and potato fritter concoction with horseradish.  (I didn't see this latter dish on their regular menu.)After cocktails, wine and beers, we settled down to dinner.  We ordered the Butcher's Board.  The menu says it feeds two.   I say it could easily feed four.  Our board had two links of andouille, a ribeye, salmon, pork chop, grilled okra, grilled haricots verts and a fried potato puff.   Three delicious dipping sauces came with the meal---one soy based, a chipotle BBQ sauce, and an aioli.    (The salmon was the best but everything was divine!)We brought enough home for dinner (and one lunch portion).  I am sure that dessert was just as delicious. This event brought two conclusions:If I need a caterer, I will contact Smoke. And, we must go to Smoke more often!!!!!! Favorite brunch in Tulsa! I'd recommend getting a reservation in advance to avoid having to wait. Drink prices are on point and plenty of variety available. Food menu has really good variety as well. Brunch items and lunch items because what you should eat from 10am to 3pm is open to interpretation ;)Love the atmosphere here! Upscale but not in a way that's intimidating. Very cool decor and vibes. The bar area looked very chill so I'll have to come back and check it out.Brunch started with uniquely flavored corn muffins and spiced butter (I asked what was in both but I've already forgotten). Coffee was good and paired perfectly with the chicken and waffles. When I say chicken and waffles you may think of a basic breakfast/brunch menu item but Smoke has really stepped up the chicken and waffles game with buttermilk fried chicken breast, maple syrup, spiced butter and sausage gravy. For the lunch-goers, you must try the Smoked Trout Salad. I was doubtful at first, but my mom has been raving about this salad for months so when she got it at brunch I had to try a bite. I must say I see why she's been raving about it. It comes with smoked trout, mixed greens, candied pecans, crisp apple, goats' cheese, dried cranberries and Tabasco-maple vinaigrette. I'm not usually a fan of goats' chesse, but with that dressing on it, I'd probably eat just about anything.Only complaint is there was no actual sugar free sweetener option (my mother is a diabetic) for the coffee/unsweetened iced tea. They did have a green packet claiming to be Stevia, but the first ingredient listed on it was dextrose (aka sugar). I mentioned this to the manager on the way out and he was very friendly and apologetic and said he'd talk to his boss about it so I anticipate this will be fixed soon. No hard feelings about it, but it did color our experience so I had to mention it. Also on the way out I spied with my little eye some type of pickle/olive bar in the bar area. I will definitely be back to partake in that and try more things on the menu. Will update review with more deets next time I come back! More...

This was our first time eating here for dinner 6/30/17. We were blown away with the food and service! Our waitress Fawn was great and paid attention to our table through our whole meal. We started off with the crab cakes and fried green tomatoes. I was a little disappointed that they changed it up from the last time we were there but they were still delicious. (I loved when it was all in one and not separate). I had a lemon drop martini and was happy to find out that it was made from scratch and the bartender didn't use lemon flavored vodka. My husband got an old fashion and he said it was the best one he has ever had. The bartender knew what they were doing! We ordered the butchers block and we are still talking about how wonderful the section was and how great the taste was! Only issue was we ordered our steak medium rare and it came out medium well so sadly I didn't eat much of that. But everything else was perfect. The okra alone I could eat for a meal. It was a great meal and service and will be back again! More...

Wow we got in no problem on Sunday !  Reviews looked good.  Our first time.  Ordered a pitcher of Mimosa 's nice! Then a grilled romaine salad to split. One thing I do notice in Tulsa is when we say we will split it they come out plated split! I like that!! So we waited for awhile cause lots of orders went in before us and the waiter did not have any small talk.. strictly business! So we proceed to order ham steak for the boy n eggs, I had corned beef hash and poached eggs! His came with a jalapeño jelly that was so good on the ham omg. I could have eaten it with a spoon. I tasted his quite often. My corned beef was not as good as his but it was filling. I did not get any jam for my toast so I asked for something. She suggested green tomato jam. Mmm never had that before so I said ok. And boy was it good!! I had some maple cinnamon butter left also from the corn muffins in the beginning. I used some of that too.  People were starting to pile up in the entryway so we got our bill. Everything was good. Oh ya one thing we didn't like was the homemade ketchup. Too weird.. we like Heinz sorry. That's prob why my corned beef didn't taste right! Lol     2nd Dec back for more good food. We r in town till tomorrow nite again. It was busy and we had to wait a piece so we went in the bar. Two BM please! Got all our fixings at the bar and sat down. Time went fast! Ordered the grilled romaine to share. Sooo yummy, love that char flavor from the grill!!!  I had the ham steak this time with poached eggs. I talked Bf out of that to try pork loin chicken fried. He didn't like it as well. Two of us got the Chef's Butcher Block ($85 for both of us tonight but apparently varies according to the meats served) which tonight featured a 16 oz NY strip steak, bone in grilled pork chop (the grand champion of the evening), grilled sausage and grilled salmon. The steak was grilled to our specifications and was mostly tender. Salmon was perfectly cooked; taste was ordinary although there were a couple of house made side sauces which could be used to advantage (one was very spicy hot and we found nothing it improved!). The 3rd sauce was a rosemary demi-glacé for the steak. Not as effective to our tastes as traditional sauces for beef steaks. The sausage was excellent! Above all was the pork chop. I will order that next visit! The 3 side vegetables, grilled asparagus, grilled okra and a spectacular fried herbed mashed potato croquette (a first for us; I wish I had the recipe!)  were nice. I forgot. The bread which started the meal was excellent. The butter was whipped and at a spreadable temperature. The butter was sprinkled with a herb blend for a little flavor. Perhaps a little too much salt in the sprinkle but that could be removed. This was my wife's birthday which I mentioned when making reservations. Although 3 employees, including our waitress, mentioned it, many restaurants would have offered a birthday dessert. No biggie, but surprising. This restaurant is worthy of the praises given by others. Wow, I am impressed. I would not have thought Tulsa would have a restaurant like this. The decor, the menu, and the food were all surprisingly positive for me. Five of us shared two bottles of St Francis wine ($50 each), bacon jam appetizer and crab cakes. The bacon jam was overrated, but still good. I liked the crab cakes too, but nothing too special. I ordered the (two) chicken fried quail and waffles. For two quails (four pieces) and three pieces of waffles, it was not a bad price at $24. The waffle was tasty, but could've been crunchier. It was placed over a bed of mashed sweet potatoes, so it was a little soggy. The syrup was just okay. However, the overall dish was good. The quail was seasoned and fried perfectly. I wanted to explore the dessert menu, but I couldn't even finish half my meal. Maybe it's just that I'm from LA where everything is overpriced, but the portions were good for the price. Smoke is my favorite "American" restaurant in Tulsa! It's my go-to spot to bring out of town guests. They make almost everything homemade including their ketchup! I love their biscuits and gravy for brunch, crab stuffed fried green tomato or bacon jam for an appetizer, grilled Cesar salad, goat cheese gnocchi for dinner, and chocolate torte for desert (it's the richest, most decadent thing you'll ever taste!).  The butchers block is also a must-try experience if you have at least a couple of grilled meat lovers in your party, it's A LOT of food served with a delicious selection of homemade sauces. The service is always top notch and the ambiance is upscale but not uncomfortable. One thing I love/hate is that the menu is constantly evolving so you might fall in love with a dish only to find its gone the next time you go. I'm still pining for the smoked chicken pasta they stopped serving a couple of years ago! More...

Wow!!!! This is an excellent choice for brunch! I would call myself a biscuits and gravy expert. This has to be THE best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The biscuits were homemade and hot from the oven. Super soft and buttery. The sausage gravy was creamy and delightful. The dish came with a side of crispy, flavorful potatoes served with the best homemade ketchup AND eggs cooked to your liking. I ordered over easy and they were perfect. There was a decent line for brunch on Sunday. However, I snagged a seat at the full stocked bar. There were two TVs at the bar. I also ordered the Smoke coffee which was smooth. Turns out I'm not a fan of baileys. So, I wasn't a huge fan of the drink but that's purely preference. The bartender was friendly and service oriented. You've gotta try this place but be prepared to wait. More...

Definitely enjoyed my visit at Smoke! We went for lunch and I had a BBQ melt sandwich that I forget the name of with fries. Their complimentary appetizer at lunch is chips with a red-onion ranch (the ranch was AMAZING). Wait staff was friendly, but didn't leave any impression. I was served my food on a metal tray, which threw me off. I guess I remember a dinner visit a few years ago that seemed a bit more elegant, but my memory could be fuzzy. More...

Brunch on Sunday is well worth the trip. My sister and I decided to hit Smoke, it had been a while since I'd eaten there. First of all, the Bloody Mary topping bar is fun, with all kinds of pickled and spiced items to select. Our waiter, Scott, was very attentive and helpful, even loaning me a pair of reading glasses to see the super-tiny print on the menu! We decided to split 2 different items, but when we got our food, we could easily have ordered just one!The chicken fried pork loin was served with a delicious creamy gravy, definitely scratch made, with just a hint of heat and sage-y flavor. Poultry seasoning, perhaps? Batter was super light and crispy, but with enough substance to hold up to the thin, juicy tender pork inside. Scrambled eggs were average, so we decided to save that room for another bite of pork steak! We also ordered a pimiento cheese & sausage board, served with a whole grained mustard, thin icebox sour pickles, and great sourdough loaf slices. The smoked sausage was out of this world; smoky, spicy, snappy casing, not greasy. Pimiento cheese was a step above most. Sharp, flavorful, creamy. Would make an awesome grilled sandwich! Price was right, too. Two meals, made with superior ingredients and great skill, with 2 bloody Marys and 2 coffees, came to just over $40, including tax. What an amazing meal, considering I've spent about the same on meals at a truck stop cafe for 2 plates of slop, lol!! More...

We took a short weekend trip to Tulsa and had dinner at Smoke after hearing pretty good things from friends, and we were definitely impressed. First off, Smoke has a great atmosphere. It's really sleek and has a fancy atmosphere without being too fancy - perfect for a date night for us! I had the Gloria cocktail, which had pineapple and vanilla vodka, simple syrup and champagne. It was really simple but so refreshing and delicious. The pineapple and vanilla infused vodka was a win for me. For an appetizer, we had the crab cakes and fried green tomatoes - two of my favorites on one plate. I also started out with the grilled romaine salad, which was essentially a warm Caeser. Definitely different from your traditional Caesar salad, but I liked the grilled flavor a lot.For my entree, I had the lamb bolognaise and it was really yummy. I wasn't a fan of the really thin noodles, but that's just personal preference. The lamb and bolognaise sauce were really great. If we ever need a date night out in Tulsa, we'll definitely think of Smoke. Great location, atmosphere, service and food! A win all around. More...

Go for their brunch on the weekend! Try the sausage scramble- sausage, eggs (I suggest scrambled eggs), cheese, sausage gravy over a GIANT biscuit. I'm not a huge egg consumer and usually sub the eggs for other things like hash browns or fruit at other restaurants, but the eggs were delicious! No idea what they put in them to make so fluffy and tasty, but the entire dish was yummy. The breakfast potatoes were a little disappointing-I was expecting skillet potatoes or house breakfast potatoes, not frozen battered chunks. More...

So I went to meet a first-time date here the other day for lunch, and what I say might be slightly skewed because maybe he was just that smooth, but I want to brag about the service I received here a little. First, my date made a reservation... because you really kind of need it. We came here at 1pm, and the place was packed. But despite every table seeming to be just about full, we walked inside and we didn't even have time to really blink before the hostess appeared, smiled, and asked us if we were ready for our table. And our table wasn't somewhere in the back either, it was a nice window table with a good view of the street. Our waiter, Scott, introduced himself, showed us the alcohol menu, but also made it clear that they had other drinks as well. Now, let me stop right here, because this is what I expect out of a really good restaurant. I want that kind of upscale vibe... not so much that you have to wear a nice dress or a suit and tie, but just enough to discourage just walking in with a t-shirt and jeans. I like for it to have a nice atmosphere, but to also be considerate of every kind of person who decides to dine there, and that's what Smoke is. The staff here seem to legitimately like and care about their jobs and the people that eat there. Our waiter told us his name twice because he knew that we wouldn't remember it the first time. They checked on us periodically, but weren't obtrusive as some restaurants' waitstaff can be. The hostess and the rest of the staff were all actually kind. To me, that, and the legitimately wonderful food...they make all the difference in the world. More...

Always perfection while dinning @ smoke. We cannot stay in Tulsa without going to dinner @ smoke. Valet parking, nice bar with sports on the flat screens. Nice ventilated cigar bar/lounge. The dinning room is always booked. With their set up we have never felt cramped. We did the smoked oysters & bacon jam to share for starters. Wife ordered the special. The red snapper on top of crawfish & veggie succotash. I ordered the BBQ quail with an andouille sausage and perfectly wilted greens in an amazing sauce. Went here on a Sunday morning, service was great and so was the food. Fried cauliflower appetizer was the best fried cauliflower around. Fried chicken skillet looked and tasted great. Pulled pork and cornbread waffle was good, was hoping to have a greater cornbread taste. Best item, the biscuit! The waitress told me they were known for them, but I underestimated that statement like, "yeah, how good could a biscuit actually be." Literally, the best biscuit ever made, period. Best news: if you are looking for a lunch or dinner option this is an excellent choice. When: we went at 1pm Tuesday.Service: Outstanding. Kimberley was friendly and knowledgeable and when she didn't know an ingredient, she went to the kitchen willingly and returned with the right answer.Ambiance: well, nothing is more important than a friendly person, and Chef Eric found a few minutes to come to the table so we could tell him how much we enjoyed the meal.  If you enjoy yours and you appreciate a meal as we do, let him know somehow.Cigars: they have a place for those kind of people. Neither my friend or I smoke, and there were no smokers present.  Thank you.Appetizer: we asked Kimberley which was the better option and she rightfully recommended the smoked salmon (picture included).  I would have liked the wooden cutting board but I wasn't alone--this time.  The house pickled onions were in a sweet red wine vinegar and with the arugula, the mix was delicious.Mains: I got the Reuben. Excellent. Size great.  Took half home.  Friend got the Tues special smoked brisket tacos.  She loved hers.  Pictures accompany.Dessert: We settled on the peanut butter pie.  Very happy.  No pic.  Sorry. The quibbles:The rice accompanying the special was overpowering.  It was like taking a half cup of rice and putting in two bags of Williams chili seasoning.  That's a lot of seasoning. The tabasco coleslaw was initially noticeably and expectedly kicky, but after a few seconds, it became a three alarm fire.  It was creamy and wet, which I like, but I would have to recommend announcing that tabasco fill in the blank would be making it's final appearance yesterday, which wouldn't be too soon for me.  I'd like to know how many people beg Chef to bring it back.  Sure there are haters out there, but should they choose the menu items? The near dystopian future:  Imagine a great place to eat becoming as well know as Niagara Falls by nature of being on a currently running food network type show.  The good news is that there will be no shortage of customers.  The bad news?  There is no 'slow' time and, as with all things shiny that  are touched by the masses, becomes tarnished. So go, try, eat.  Before the tv segment airs.Thank you again Chef Eric.PS Reservations recommended in the evening, per Kimberley. More...

My husbands most favorite meal during our weekend Tulsa trip was had here at Smoke.  He was like a little kid, all giddy with excitement over this place.  At first he wasn't sure about it.  It was his birthday and he wanted something really upscale.  But he changed his mind pretty quick roughly around his third bite of food.  Here's what we had:APPETIZER:  We chose the grilled oysters and the bacon jam with crostini.  I am not a huge oyster fan, but I will eat them Rockefeller-style.  But since they were still cooked, I gave them a try.  Not bad!  Granted, I still didn't want to have a lot of them, but they were still pretty good.  The bacon-Tabasco butter helped.  My husband loved them very much.  He's the oyster expert, so that's a huge compliment.  As for the bacon jam, I want this jarred up and shipped home.  Soooo good.  Served with crostini and an herbed goat cheese, it was the perfect start to the meal.ENTREE:  Hubby ordered the pickled brine pork brisket.  This was the dish that pushed him over the edge.  He LOVED it.  Sitting on top of a bed of pimento cheese grits and collard greens, which were flavorful as well.  I took a bite of the grits and really liked them.  I'm not a fan of collard greens, so I definitely had no interest in them, but my husband said they were great.  Pork was cooked perfectly. My entrée was the Goat Cheese Gnocchi.  First of all, this was a really lovely, colorful dish.  You had the beautiful pillows of gnocchi tossed with wild mushrooms, leeks, tomatoes and wilted kale sitting on top of a gorgeous smoked tomato cream and garnished with shaved Manchego.  It was fabulous!  Flavorful and bursting with happiness. We both split a side of brussel sprouts.  They were good, but a little tough because there was too much of the stem left on them.  The char was nice and flavor was there, but they could've been more tender.DESSERT:  I had the Key Lime Pie topped with Chambord whipped cream.  It was so light and refreshing, but decadent at the same time.  Hubby chose the flourless chocolate torte with caramel sauce.  He's a massive chocolate-anything fan, and was extremely pleased with this one.Overall, a fantastic experience at Smoke.  We will definitely go back.  They prepare everything in-house with local ingredients, even the desserts, which makes a great difference.  Definitely worth a try if you're on the fence about where to go.  It's casual, but still fine dining if you ask me.  Highly highly recommended. The food was great. My husband and I shared the smoked salmon flat bread for the appetizer, panko & herb crusted trout for the entree, and the flourless chocolate torte for dessert. We were both satisfied by the end of the meal even though we shared everything. I really enjoyed the crisp fresh vegetables and hot wood fire grilled appetizer. The wait staff (Jocelyn?) was friendly and helpful and definitely knew her stuff. I would recommend this place for date night but maybe not a first date...the ambience seemed dull when we first walked in but later noticed faint background music. The restaurant was full but able to accommodate us without reservations (~830pm). This is the place for those that love smoked meats (and vegetables and everything else, since all the food is cooked over a wood fire). We had another great experience here with the family Friday night. Despite some minor changes to the menu since we have been here last (no sardines on the wood fired romaine heart Caesar salad any longer), all of the food was very good, and at a reasonable price. The bacon jam is still the go-to starter, but the return of the smoked mussels just signals amazing things ahead (we also had the quail legs, which were pretty spicy). The salmon, pork and beef were all great, with the pork particularly being quite tender and juicy. Our server (Erin) was attentive, answering our questions, offering replacements for the aforementioned sardines, and ensuring that the wine glass was never empty. When we want to take out of town guests to an affordable yet upscale local spot with great service, we always chose Smoke. We love to show our friends an family the quaint Cherry Street area at a restaurant where we know the quality of the dishes is consistently superb. We almost always get the Bacon Jam as an appetizer. They serve it on a board with crostini, goat cheese, and arugula and we always have so much fun building our own bites! They also have some great cocktails with house infused liquors, but I usually stick to my favorite-a classic dirty martini. We've never had a steak at Smoke we didn't like. The first time we dined there together was when we first started dating and we continue to go back over and over. You really can't go wrong when the steaks are prepared over, you guessed it, smoke.Well done Chef! More...

I have been at Smoke on numerous occasions: with my wife for intimate occasions, with friends for dinner, with customers and business associates, just drop in for a drink and a cigar smoke ( in a separate sealed section that has bar service); every visit was a memorable moment. Smoke is to brunch what peanut butter is to jelly. Oddly, we've been underwhelmed on our lunch and dinner visits. It's so perplexing to me that a place can be so amazing at one thing (brunch) yet sketchy at other day parts. We'll keep coming. Ambiance and service are usually top notch. More...

I have only had dinner at smoke once a while back and it was great, but this review will be about brunch because smoke brunch was AMAZING!! Our server was so wonderful, I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. She was so helpful and friendly. I got the sausage scramble which comes on a homemade biscuit with homemade gravy. It was divine. I don't ever want to get brunch anywhere else again. Did I mention the $10 mimosa carafes I was loyal to another brunch place in town, but now I think I will only be going to smoke for all my brunch needs. More...

Perfectly cooked steak!Despite the fact that I fell on my face while walking into the restaurant, I had a great experience! I met a group of great ladies for dinner before heading off to "a Christmas Story" at the Tulsa PAC. Met my daughter here for lunch.  I had the lamb sliders with goat cheese.  Decadent meal.  Would probably as for the goat cheese on the side as there was a bit too much on the sandwich (is there such a thing as too much goat cheese?) But on the side I could enjoy it with more bread etc.  The flavor of the lamb could stand on its own as well.  Service was spot on too. More...

Smoke in Tulsa has the feel of a blues bar on Beale street in Memphis and the food has almost as much soul. The signature bacon jam is a must as far as appetizers go with its cherry tomatoes, arugula, goat cheese herb spread and the sweet jam made from bacon...don't ask just eat!The fried quail wings were delicious with a sambas honey sauce that was sweet but pungent. My business associate  had the catfish while I had the swordfish special. I won the prize, the swordfish was cooked perfectly, the cheesy Risotto was tender and creamy and the green apple pickled salsa on top was a perfect contrast.I could have totally gone small plate here with the wood grilled oysters and crab stuffed fried green tomatoes on the appetizer menu but maybe next time. The only reason I didn't 5 star is that my buddy's catfish was just ok. My meal however rocked! More...

WOW. Yelp, you definitely did not lead me wrong! We were driving through and stopping in Tulsa just for the night, so I was searching for somewhere open past 9 on a Tuesday. Smoke had great reviews, and an intriguing menu, so we decided it was the spot for us. We always try to have local beers wherever we are, and their beer menu starts with "Oklahoma draft beers," so right off the bat they scored points with us!We started with the Bacon Jam, and devoured it in minutes. The herbed goat cheese it's served with is equally incredible. I had the fried quail and it was amazing- had never had quail before, so nothing to compare it to, but would definitely have it again! But the Mac and cheese its served with was also superb. You can get 2 quail, but with the sides one is definitely enough. BF got the pork brisket and I think I might've liked his meal even more than mine! Cooked and served perfectly, again with delectable sides. We both had leftovers to take home. Tulsa served us well, so we'll be back and will definitely make it back to Smoke on cherry st! More...

Not a bad place.  Easy to find but parking is an issue. Hint, first day side streets, easy to walk around the area. Right off an extensive wine list.. And a Scotch menu of decent brands and age, at a reasonable price. Good atmosphere, I  liked the layout, and the walk in humidor, where after dinner you can go inside, get a drink and smoke a cigar... It does have a decent selection of cigars (large to small) Food was good.  To start we had the Bacon Jam, which is a bacon glaze that you can spread on toast, which is to die for... For our main course I had the Fries Quail on a bed of macaroni and greens..... That was very tasty. We stayed a long while in the humidors after dinner... The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was our waitresses. It seemed that she was distracts a lot, forgetting our drinks, or brought the wrong drink when she did return. Maybe she was new, but it was a disappointing... We even had to ask for refill on our water... But.... We will be back, the food, location, atmosphere and humidors made the visitors a good time. Smoke was the most amazing meal I've ever had. We made reservations ahead of time, which was a good thing, seeing as we planned to eat there on a Friday night. They have complimentary valet parking for guests who are dining in the restaurant..a nice touch. The atmosphere was semi dim and not to loud but not to quiet. We were greeted promptly and our waitress answered all of our questions eagerly, as being this was our first visit. We ordered the Korean ribs for an appetizer. They were awesome. Just enough heat and lots of flavor! My husband ordered the 1/2 chicken meal with an extra side of their mac and cheese for dinner and I ordered the 8 oz tenderloin steak and added the pork belly and egg salad. The salad was very good and came out perfectly timed. The pork belly on the salad was fork tender and was suprisingly a good sized piece. The greens were drizzled with a nice vinegrette and the egg was a soft sunny side up which added some yolk to my salad and was nice. As we were waiting for our main course to come out our waitress asked us if we would like some bread. She promptly came out with a basket of two types of warm sourdough bread, already sliced, and a small cup of butter that had some salt and herbs on it. The best way to describe the butter, IMO, is it reminds me of the oil and herbs you dip your bread in at certain restaurants except here it is in solid form and spreadable. It glided on the warm bread with ease and was so good and so flavorful we had to stop ourselves to make sure we had room for the main course. The main course came out and my husband's chicken was tender and flavorful and he loved the herbed butter that was melting on top of the meat. The side of Mac and cheese was excellent. Not to cheesy but enough cheese and spice to actually appreciate the melded flavors and enjoy the side dish. Would definitely get it again. My steak came out a perfect medium and it melted in my mouth as I ate it. I always wondered about people who quoted that they had a steak melt in their mouth, now I know what they mean. HEAVEN!! The mashed potatoes and the bacon collard greens were excellent accompaniments to the meal. My husband and I forced ourselves to stop eating, wasn't to hard because we were getting full, so that we could try a dessert before calling it a night. We chose to get the apple crisp with vanilla gelato on top. Again, amazing food, right down to the last bite. My husband commented that whatever the kitchen warmed that dessert up at was perfect. Not to hot where it comes out sizzling and too hot to enjoy as everything on top melts into a liquid mess. No, it came out hot but warm enough to take a spoon and dig in and actually go from plate to mouth and enjoy without being scalded. The vanilla bean gelato on top was very flavorful and held its shape nicely on top of the warm apple crisp dessert all the way to the last bite.I wish I would have thought of taking some pictures while we were there but the pictures on yelp were one of the reasons I went ahead and picked this place. They do have a different menu for lunch, which I will have try as well. I implore you to go out and eat at Smoke. You won't be disappointed!!!! More...

Absolutely one of the best places to eat in Tulsa, I have been for both brunch and dinner and have NEVER been disappointed. Brunch has the best little muffins with what I think is apple butter and I usually get the scramble and split it and a side of fresh fruit. Just thinking about it is making my mouth water... I got the mimosa ($2) and once the manmosa ($4) so fresh, delicious and they are always ready to replenish them! We had the server Bruce who is absolutely our favorite there! His personality and kindness made the experience even better! For dinner I had the pork and I can still taste it, I swear! First visit, partly inspired by reviews on Yelp and my desire for some good local flavor on Cherry Street while visiting from Texas. Did not disappoint!  Just walking in from the back parking lot was enough to get me excited about this place, as the smell of smoked meats filled the air. Met my Tulsa-born and raised 70-something aunt and uncle, who had heard good things but not eaten here.  The lunch menu offered a good variety of enticing and reasonably priced selections.  I went with the waitress's recommendation of the Smoked Trout Salad and ended up savoring every bite.  Nice mix of cold smoked trout, candied pecans, chunks of feta, thin slices of green apples and cranberries tossed with mixed greens and a surprisingly tasty and not too hot Tabasco vinaigrette with a hint of maple.  Really enjoyed that combination and was pleasantly surprised that the light dressing had a little sweetness to calm any heat.  My aunt ordered the smoked pulled pork sandwich, which came piled high with meat and a large portion of thin fries.  She asked for the bbq sauce on the side, which came in a small condiment cup that would have been too small for my tastes but she really liked the sandwich.  My uncle had the club and from his clean plate it was apparent he wasn't disappointed either.  I read reviews from others about their brunch.  May have to try that next time.  If you are looking for some variety from the standard sandwich or salad place for lunch and like upscale flavors at a mid-range price you will like Smoke. The restaurant is nicely tucked away on Cherry Street so that it's not loud and domineering and more elegantly stated. It can be a bit of a hassle finding parking but that's true of this area of the city. Once inside though the service and atmosphere don't disappoint. The menu is nicely developed and in reading you can tell someone took their time developing it. Some might say it's a bit pricey but the quality is worth it. I've ventured here several times and the food has never left me disappointed. It is well plated and almost more importantly delicious. The staff is busy but you won't find anyone unengaging. They move with hurry vs grace but are always smiling and pleasant. They know their establishment well and are very versed in the menu. There is a mid sized bar area with large televisions and a great barkeep team. This is at the head of the restaurant but designed well enough that those on the dining floor need not worry about interruption. The lighting is on par with expectation and the restaurant does good job maximizing space so guests aren't tripping over each other.I would recommend Smoke for special occasions or group outings. It hits the finer scale and would probably feel stuffy to very young children but teens could enjoy it. More...

I asked my hotel shuttle to take me too the "other" steak house in town, and he suggested this place instead.  So glad he did!  Fabulous place.  It drips "foodie" the moment you walk in.  You just know its going to be great when you open the door and the smoke smell hits you.  The good smoke, not the horrible cigarette kind.  Sat at the bar and had a perfect cocktail while studying the menu.  Ordered the smoked oysters as an app and they were incredible, with just enough hot sauce kick without being over powering. My salad was a shaved Brussels sprout and kale with siracaha vinaigrette.  I could have ordered two of these and been completely delighted and stuffed.  Instead I figured since I was in the south I had to order something local, so got cornbread rolled catfish with okra.  Ohhhhh yeah...  Amazing.  I chatted with fellow patrons around me, and everyone was very happy with what they had.  I saw smoked pork brisket, a superb steak, and more.  I hope to book more business trips to the Tulsa area just to have the excuse to come back to Smoke! Smoke. What a perfect name for this Cherry Street gem. I recently went for a late afternoon Sunday meal after the Garth Brooks concert shut us out of everywhere downtown. We went with the crispy quail legs to start. I love the concept of this dish-- a gourmet take on buffalo wings, you get about 6 delicate little quail legs fried (I think?) crispy and dipped in buffalo sauce, served over a bed of thinly sliced celery and carrots. I would happily order these little guys again, but I do think ours were underseasoned and overpriced. I get it that quail legs are a premium ingredient, but $12 is a bit much for such tiny morsels to start.I went for the half chicken. Yum! I love the smoke flavor emanating off this skin-on delicious chunk of chicken. It's served in a deliciously homemade tasting broth with some gnocchi. If I'm being picky, the gnocchi appeared to have been pan seared at some point and had developed a gummy texture. I would have loved some bread to dip into that broth. My husband went for the pork tenderloin, which was equally delicious and smokey. I think his risotto was underseasoned and a tad undercooked, but it was a really good dish. Our server (wish I remembered his name) was a real pro.The restaurant has a really cool decor and vibe. Parking can be a bit scary in the lot next door-- way too tight for large SUVs to pass through when cars are parked in the center spaces. They're doing the best they can with the space available. One thing worth mentioning if the restaurant is reading this review-- we were seated at a table near the restroom, and from the minute we sat down, I kept smelling this very chemical, bathroom cleaner scent. Kind of a like a porta potty? I couldn't tell if it was coming from the bathroom or a cleaner used on the floor. I am sensitive to smells, so I might be the only crazy person out there who smelled it. My husband didn't notice it until later in the meal. Just something to look into! More...

My wife and I eat here regularly. The service is fantastic and the food even better. Please try this place if you live in Tulsa or just visiting. One of the unique options that Smoke offers you is the Chef's tasting. You try multiple dishes (which are smaller portions of the main meals) and it is a great way to explore what Smoke has to offer. For an additional charge you can get a wine pairing with each course.  They used to offer the Chef's tasting on Groupon but I haven't seen it lately. (Please do this against!)Lastly, if you want a great date option you can do a "cooking with a Smoke chef". (Sorry I can't recall what the official name is)You and your date, with other couples, meet at the Urban Kitchen.  Each couple is assigned a portion of the meal from apps through to desert. We happened upon Smoke on our way home from Texas this evening. What a treasure for Tulsa. We started off with the Bacon Jam appetizer. Our waitress suggested that we spread the herbed goat cheese on the crostini, top that with the Bacon Jam and then top all of it with the arugula and tomatoes. It was a wonderful combination of flavors. My husband had the pork tenderloin with haricot verts and risotto while I had the salmon served on lentils and topped with a jalapeño pickled salad. Both were excellent. Everything was prepared beautifully and were a perfect balance of flavors. The bread was also delicious with a nice crust sprinkled with sea salt? and soft on the inside and rosemary butter to spread on it. All well worth leaving my diet plans outside the door for one night. The hubby also wants to give a shout out for the F5 IPA. Sorry, no pictures. Didn't want to waste time before eating! More...

I love this restaurant whether it's brunch, lunch or dinner everything I've tried has been delicious. Had to review after my experience tonight. I'm a father of 2 boys, 6yrs & 16 months. Before I could get my son in his booster seat our waitress, Madison, was taking our drink orders. As she was setting our drinks down she recited the kids menu and took their order ASAP. Anyone with kids knows how much happier they are the sooner they get their food.  In less than 5 minutes our grilled cheese, chicken breast & green beans had arrived. Not to hot for my children. I know! I know! I'm late to the game on this one, but if you're like me and Smoke is one of those places you always think about trying, but never do... Give it a shot! I've noticed over time that the right atmosphere is nearly as important as the food. Thankfully, Smoke delivered on both fronts. Though it's been a Cherry Street staple for some time now, but somehow I had never made my way in. So I decided to surprise my girlfriend with a nice meal and finally visit the place we have passed on so many trips to Andolini's next door. From the moment we walked in, the waitstaff was friendly and unpretentious, and the faint, spicy scent of tobacco greeted us from the humidor towards the back. I had made a reservation so we were quickly seated, and the waiter shared the day's specials with us. We quickly landed on the crispy quail legs as an appetizer, and they did not disappoint! Reminiscent of a gourmet hot wing, the quail legs had been tossed in a buttery, spicy, honey glaze that we couldn't get enough of. For our main course, my girlfriend chose the grilled half chicken, which was quite juicy and full flavored, and I chose the pork tenderloin which had a fantastic parmesan risotto! Now on to dessert. My advice? Split one. We ordered two and barely finished one. They were both great and not too heavy. We tried the flourless chocolate torte (very rich, like super rich) and the apple walnut crumble which my girlfriend found irresistible. I don't think you could go wrong with either one. All in all we had a fantastic dining experience, and I could definitely see us coming back. The food was great, and the atmosphere was elegant without flirting with pretense. It can be pricy, but I felt the quality of food and portions more than justified the cost. Don't forget to take advantage of the complementary valet parking on the weekends! More...

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. Found street parking. Atmosphere was great. Glad I was dressed to go somewhere. It would be easy to feel underdressed. Prices were not as high as one would expect based on surroundings. Wait staff was very knowledgeable.  Steak was delicious. Overall good experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting a little bit of fancy without going broke. More...

Got an amazing special for $70 which they advertised as to serve two but three of us split it and were stuffed. I definitely recommend the fritters as an appetizer. We also finished dinner with the delicious bread pudding and cigars in the cigar room. You can purchase some great quality cigars there for as low as $7 each, smoke and enjoy your food while watching a game. We were very happy at how responsive they were in supplementing beef for pork as well. They ran out of lamb and offered us our choice of fish, pork tenderloin or beef tenderloin as a  supplement. When I checked in at my hotel I asked the desk clerk for a local place. He said he had just come to this place and loved. He gave me great advice. Great selection of local beer and the food was excellent. I had the kale/brusell sprout salad and the cauliflower stake.. 5 stars!!! More...

Went there with my family tonight and had a great experience. My wife and i shared the butcher block and it was out of this world. The tuna and the steak were some of the best we've ever had.The only down side to this place is the parking and price. Expect to pay around $20 per person. More...

Probably the best brunch I've ever had in my life. Jalapeño bacon waffles with spicy  butter and some syrup made from Tabasco heaven. Chicken fried pork loin smothered in a simple sausage gravy, spicy potatoes and perfectly done eggs. A bit of homemade bacon jelly tops it off. I'm not even going to highlight the cute Bloody Mary bar... As the food was the best thing about this place. I saw someone else order the biscuits and gravy and another the poutine. If I could eat here everyday, I would be one happy girl!! More...

While visiting family, we were looking for a new choice in dining out. Happened upon Smoke via yelp, and I'm glad we did (enough with the Hideaway pizza already!;) It is casually upscale American cuisine (if that could be a thing). The gnocchi was simple, but good. The burgers and sandwiches were also good. One of our diner's ordered the grilled romaine salad. They were happy with the different idea, but I don't think they were too impressed beyond that. I think in a bigger city, it may be a 3 star place, but for Tulsa I'd say it's a solid four stars. More...

New American done right!I have been to smoke several times over the past 3 years and enjoyed their food without fail. Servers change a little more than I would like however I have seen the same manager there for sometime now. The food is worth the price you pay also the quality is exactly what you would expect.I have enjoyed a 5 course meal here for the holiday, a bachelor party dinner with my best men and my wedding night meal all provided by this wonderful establishment.Elegant without being stuffy. The burger is wonderful (house made Ketchup)The pork chop the best I have had (course seed mustard makes the meal)This spot has had a few bad reviews given to me by other patrons however not once have they dropped the ball for me.Brunch is outstanding! Try the Biscuit and Gravy add a side of bacon More...
