My wife and I gave this food truck a try last weekend (10-12-19) during Sanford's Oktoberfest. We ordered the BBQ loaded fries with Brisquet ($11). The photo doesn't do the meal justice but the Brisquet was delicious and they serve a decent size portion for the price. We had a hankering for something good-n-quick and this was it. We shared the meal and it was enough for the two of us. We will definitely revisit Smoke In The City at a future food truck event. More...

I want to express my sincere gratitude for you guys going the extra mile to make my son happy. First off the Beef Brisket and the Fall off the Bone Ribs were FANTASTIC! ! The Smoke Mac and Cheese was better than I thought it would be. And giving my kids the hot dogs and hamburgers that you weren't selling to them I appreciated it. Omgggg, i'm stuffed, the BBQ loaded Mac and cheese is sooooo good. I was when I had eaten it half way, tried to go back to the truck for something to cover it up, but that line was long. Get down to cranes roost now..it's awesome. Oh and stop by Jeremiahs Italian ice truck for the wars they created honey dark chocolate Italian ice, oh that was off the chain too..and I had her put a little vanilla soft serve with it. Brisket Top quality beef is dry rubbed and slow-smoked over apple and hickory wood for up to 14 to 16 hours
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We find out what the clients likes and dislikes are and create a menu of there dreams. We want service you.
What do you love most about your job?
Turning dreams into reality and meeting new people. Also creating new dishes and challenging ourselves to become better each day then the day before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are a husband and wife team and wanted always loved feeding people. So we decided to turn it into a business. We actually got the keys the day before we got married and it has been dream come true for us.
