We had Sledge Concrete Coatings apply cool decking to our entire back patio. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Joan was a delight to talk to on the phone. She was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Kayla was also thorough and answered all our questions when she came to our home to give us the estimate. Russ, Robert, and Garrett did a fantastic job. They removed an old Home Depot floor and installed a Galaxy pattern in an extra large 3-car garage with no expansion joints. This company was prompt and on time and responsive.  They were honest regarding expectations as the flooring ages.  We had one unanticipated flaw in the job and Richard was unbelievably responsive and took personal responsibility for the fix.  Their office staff were easy to work with and very courteous.  I would personally recommend them for this scope of work without hesitation.  They were slightly more expensive than some competitors but professional and beautiful work is what you should seek. We had Sledge Concrete put an epoxy coating on our garage floor. The communication and scheduling was perfect from the start. The crew was very efficient and showed up on time each day as promised. I was slightly concerned that our brand new cabinets might get damaged during the epoxy process, but the guys that came out were very attentive and did a great job; they covered every inch of the floor right up to the cabinets. I interviewed three different companies when I decided I was going to coat my garage floor. Of the three, Sledge was the only one that quoting me not using diamond grinding. I was a bit concerned about that at first but then they explained this was the format they have used for years with great success. With that said, they did tell me they can do diamond grinding if I like but it simply costs more and has the same lifetime warranty. That seemed like a no braininer to me so I went with them to install. Wow...I am simply amazed! The two separate crews that came out were awesome. They were all super friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up and respected my place. One last time I have to say, my garage floor looks great. Oh, and they custom made my floor with specific colors I asked for. You can’t beat that customer service. I’ll be honest, right now I am the envy of my neighborhood. This was a smooth and professional experience right from the first phone call to Richard. Jody in the office is polite and courteous. Cody and team arrived on time both days to epoxy my garage floors. He was VERY knowledgeable about the product and recommend a specific product to speed up drying time. Kayla, Jodi, and Richard were amazing! To start, I first contacted Sledge in April of 2017 (great experience). It took a while before we were ready to actually do the work, but when I called them back up in October of 2018 (a year and a half later), they honored the original quote! Jodi was fantastic to work with to get the job completed and everything went like clockwork. Everyone that I had to deal with were very professional and happy to help!
