Highly impressed!The experience from beginning to end has been extraordinary. Communication - via phone and email was outstanding, answered every email. Accomodations- They honored any special requests.Value - Absolutely! No hidden fees, everything that I was quoted, is was what I paid. The contract was very forthcoming should there be any additional charges. FYI, I had no extra charges from Bethesda to DC to Potomac.Service- the driver (Ray) arrived before the pick up time, he was dressed professional. He was friendly, considerate and helpful. A group (10 people) wanted to take pictures around DC and he was helpful in mentioning areas with great scenery. He greeted every member of the group and was very respectful. They made it to the dinner reservations on time and the Prom too. He texted me once they were dropped off. I never asked him to, but he did. That was thoughtful.Recommend? YES! We used Skyhawk for the Elton John concert last night. Our driver was Riz and we had a 10 passenger stretch limo for 3 of us.  1st off they were early to pick us up which I appreciated as that meant we left on time.  The limo itself was extremely clean, stocked with more water than we could ever drink, highball and champagne glasses.  The lighting inside the car was beautiful and we easily paired our phone to listen to our own music on the way.  The temperature inside the car was perfect and car very comfortable.  I also liked that their fleet of limos are newer cars so the outside look was sleek.I am handicap and had to take a wheelchair with us which our driver Riz loaded in and out of the car.  He introduced himself with a handshake to all of us with a smile and was neatly uniformed.  He gave us a brief tour of the car and held the door while we al got in. Our drive into DC was during rush hour on a Friday  night that Riz navigated with ease.  He dropped us right at the main entrance for Capital One arena and told us where he would wait for us after the concert.  After the concert was over, DC Police blocked off 2 blocks around the arena so Riz was able to park just at the barricade so we didn't have to wonder around looking for him. Two of us in our group are smokers...he let us stand outside the car a few minutes to enjoy a smoke before getting back into the car.  We all engaged him in conversation and we all stood on the street having a great laugh and conversation. Riz is very friendly and engaged very comfortably in conversation.  The ride home was as pleasant as the ride there and we were out of DC and back on 66 in no time.  He dropped us back in front of our home and again dealt with the wheelchair as we got out of the car.When I made the reservation it was super easy and staff at office very nice and quickly were able to accommodate a change in our reservation to leave earlier than original time.  Pricing is very competitive as I called 10 different companies before choosing Skyhawk.I would highly recommend them to anyone in need or wanting car service.  This is one company that has NOT forgotten what customer service.  In the future I would not call anyone else!! We rented a Hummer Limo for 4.5hours to celebrate my sister's birthday with a ladies' night out around DC. We made a couple of brief stops to take pictures around the Capitol Building and the monuments before heading to a DC lounge. Skyhawk provided FIRST CLASS service the whole time. Â They emailed ahead of time confirming the itinerary and stops. Even when I updated my stops, there were no changes to the fees. The driver, Ken, was very helpful, sweet and accommodating and more importantly, seemed to really know his way around DC. I received a text about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive to say the driver was on his way, and then another text to notify me that he had arrived (promptly, I might add). Music system worked great: I just plugged in my iPhone and we jammed to a Spotify playlist the whole night. The hummer limo interior was clean and decorated with funky lighting, which put our group into a fun party mood right away! It was well stocked with ice, bottled water and glassware. We supplied our own drinks. While it is technically a 14-passenger vehicle with salon-style seating and one back row, we thought that the hummer limo sufficiently sat us (10 women) comfortably in the salon style seats, with all our winter coats piled up on the back-row seats. If we had more than 10 adults, some of the group would have had to sit in the back row, which would have been a little awkward. One thing to look out for is the fuel surcharge, depending on where you are getting picked up. Our pick-up and drop-off spot was a 30-mile trek to downtown DC, so we paid a 10% fuel surcharge, but I was told about this ahead of time so there were no surprises. We booked 2 limousines for our wedding day. We were looking for modern limos with party vibes and got exactly what we wanted. The interior of the limos was very nice: each had a bar area (we brought our own champagne) and impressive flashing lights. The driver arrived promptly at the hotel and was always waiting for us when we were ready to go. The only issue we had is when we went to take photos at another location and took extra time walking back to the limos. The mother of the bride was waiting in a limo and had to call our phones and warn us that the driver was threatening to leave. I would personally rather be billed for overtime than stranded with a wedding party of 18 and no transportation to the reception. We hired Skyhawk Limousine for my mother-in-law's birthday. We wanted to take her on a wine tour of Virginia and we couldn't have asked for a better company to provide the limo service. Our driver, Martin, was right on time. He was very professional and attentive. I thought we would have issues with the limo driving up some of the steep vineyards driveways, but Martin had no issues taking them on.After getting settled in the vineyards, we realized we had forgotten a couple of things in the vehicle. I checked several vendors in the DC area and Skyhawk had the best prices. I booked the limo for my wedding online and also called to make sure my reservation had gone through. The service agents were extremely nice and helpful. I also booked the limo a few weeks before the wedding and it was great they were able to accommodate our late request. I must tell you all how incredible this service is. My husband and I travel quite a bit for our business, I mean we travel every week, sometimes twice in one week. We live in Vienna, VA so the drive to the airport is a hassle, and since for the most part we are always in a hurry, getting driven to the airport is always a nice and relaxing experience. We have met pretty much every driver on the fleet since we have been traveling with them for over a year now. We always recommend their services to all our friends and fellow business associates. The cars are impeccably clean, the drivers are respectful, competent and the drive is smooth. As part of the package, my son was allowed to throw out the game’s first pitch, but he was most excited about taking his first limo ride. We were happy to discover that the limo did not disappoint!
Our driver arrived promptly, several minutes prior to pick up time & could not have been nicer. The limo was spotless, inside & out, and came stocked w/ a cooler full of soda & water.
Our kids were most impressed w/ the colorfully lit ceiling, which seemed to dance along w/ the music being played via a receiver we controlled in the back.
