Courtney went above and beyond. We hired her, a year out, to be a month-of planner/coordinator. For the entire year, she helped keep us on schedule, then, really two months out, she started digging in. And we didn't make it easy on her - we cherry picked the traditions we wanted, made multiple changes, and were busy with our lives too. Courtney and her team rolled with every punch, and our wedding was amazing. For being so young, she is obviously experienced (a lot more so after our gauntlet, too) and can take command. I got married here July 13, 2019. The owner was very easy to work with. She allowed us to visit the venue multiple times during our planning. The lawn was well kept, the venue was clean, and the rental room items and dinnerware were in great condition. Tracy and John were wonderful...they answered any and all questions promptly! They offered assistance (thanks again for helping me unload the car! ) and advice as to the best place to store flowers and such. John did wonderfully with the music playing some of his own songs and several of the ones we had requested or put together ourselves (yay disney music) the venue have us a beautiful starting point for decorating for our wedding, and Jacob and I could not have asked for a better start to our happily ever after! I won Courtney's services off of a Facebook giveaway. She was helping out a couple in need. I entered around Thanksgiving explaining why I should win, and I won! She also came with a donated cake (Courtney's Cakes) and a donated limousine service (A Cut Above Limousine). She thought of things I never would have thought of. She helped keep me on track with the wedding and reminded me of deadlines. Most importantly, she helped our big day go SO smoothly. She ran all over town for us if we needed anything, and was always there! During the ceremony and reception, she kept things in order and made sure everything went right. Tracy & John (the owners) helped me so much throughout my whole wedding planning process. I had emailed questions probably every week to Tracy, and she always helped me so much! The venue is absolutely beautiful & so very well priced. We had our ceremony outside & the reception inside. I had people telling me all night how lovely the venue was, and I couldn't agree more! My husband and I chose this location because it was convenient for both sides of the family and because we thought it was a better value than most other venues. After putting a down payment we later found other comparable venues that might have been a little nicer (it was a little hot in the barn, we rented two AC units but it only helped a little). Being a summer wedding, this is to be expected so we cannot complain too much. The personnel (husband and wife) were very nice. The husband was the DJ for the reception and did pretty good. He did the job, but If you want to really party maybe invest in someone else. We were charged 100.00 for getting a little wax on the fireplace and for leaving some petals on the lawn (it was too dark to pick them all up). Also, the tables were not put back in their designated place. They have a check list so that is helpful. Overall, it turned out to be very nice. My husband "blacked out" the reception area and we lit up the walls and used the garden lights and candles. It turned out very nice. I would recommend them. More...

The Wild Turkey Ranch is an absolutely beautiful venue for weddings. I would say it best accommodates weddings under 150-200 people. It is a more intimate space unless you are doing everything outside, but the inside is so beautiful too. The owners were very flexible with no restrictions on outside vendors or picky requirements. The price is reasonable for venues in the Nashville area. The only thing we would have changed would be the bridal suite. I know they are working on getting one though so for future brides that will be a big plus. More...

The Price was the best I found for what you get and my entire experience with them went very smooth and perfect. Book it! My husband and I are so glad we booked this venue. The venue is a rustic ranch/barn style and went well with our formal decorations.
The outdoor ceremony site was beautiful with white benches (included in rental) and lush green grass. There is no shade in this area, so choosing a time when the sun is not so hot is very important. The reception site was inside the barn and was lovely. It had a/c, a kitchen, tables, and chairs. In the evening time, it is very lovely due to the hanging lights. There were several romantic and classy spots in the venue to take pictures.
The owner, Tracy, was a delight to work with. She had a sweet personality and was quick to answers questions. She also gives a lot of helpful tips on her website and when you go to tour the venue.
We paid $1000 for Sunday rental and cleanup. This was a great value for the quality of the venue. I visited several combination outdoor/indoor venues in the area and this was the best option for us because it was economical and had a lovely and clean look. Other venues were pricey and didn't offer as much as the Wild Turkey Ranch did.
Tracey let us in three hours earlier than we were contracted to come in on Sunday. She was very flexible with us and we appreciate that very much.
If I could do it again, I would book this venue again and I highly recommend this venue for any bride, especially DIY brides.

Great place. Â Great owners.Can't beat being able to have it for almost the whole weekend!In fact, to cut down on stress, we actually used the first day for set-up, a quick rehearsal, and a very intimate ceremony/dinner, and the next day for the reception.Perfect!

My husband and I got married at the Wild Turkey Ranch in November 2013, and everything was absolutely perfect!Let me begin by saying that budget was top of mind as we planned our wedding. Wild Turkey Ranch was perfect for us because it was extremely budget friendly and still delivered the look and feel we wanted for our wedding. The venue is country, no doubt about it, and that isn't my style at all. But I was able to decorate and design our wedding in such a way that it felt personal and in the end I was very happy. Our wedding was inside and the large windows provided so much natural light, our photos are beautiful.The owner, Tracey, is a sweetheart and was very accommodating. Her husband DJ'd our wedding and did a fine job - we used Spotify Premium to create a playlist, brought our laptop, and he had all the equipment needed to keep it playing all night. If you're considering using this venue, I would highly recommend booking cabins at Cedars of Lebanon State Park, which is practically across the street. We used the cabins to get ready in and take photos. We also took photos in the park which was a gorgeous setting. More...
