I am so grateful for Liz! From our first meeting until the very end, working with Liz was the best wedding decision I made. Whether it was jumping in to deal with vendor issues or just holding my hand through my own neurosis, she was always professional, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in every situation. She was awesome, it was a leap of faith using a wedding Cordinator but it was the best decision I ever made because she handled problems before I even knew they existed, guided me in choices since I knew nothing about planning a wedding, she was able to take care of things for me since I was planning a wedding from hundreds of miles away and in my case I had a tight timeline and she help me plan and four months what look like a wedding that had taken a year to put together.

Liz was our day-of coordinator, but she definitely went above and beyond to make sure all of the pieces came together before the big day. She was great at handling all of the little details behind the scenes to help make our wedding day a stress-free and fun experience. My dream for my wedding was to have the day go off without any major disasters, which it did, so I got my dream wedding, thanks to Liz. She handled every detail of the planning and was available for all our meetings, tastings, fittings, etc. Our personalities meshed well with Liz, who is a fellow sci-fi and pop culture geek, and the whole process of planning was painless and even fun. If anything did go wrong on our special day, we were not aware of it. I felt like I could just relax and enjoy the celebration without having to worry about anything. We had all the things that were most important to us - good food, good music, a beautiful setting, plenty of booze and all of our loved ones there with us to share the moment. I couldn't have asked for a more organized, fun and capable wedding planner than Liz at Silver Charm Events! We live in the UK but decided to have our wedding back home in LA. Planning a wedding from abroad can definitely be overwhelming but Liz made the entire process fun and stress free. She was always there to answer any question I had at anytime of day or night. Even though I had only two weeks in town before the wedding itself, she made sure to be on hand for everything that needed to get done. Thank god for Liz! She helped us plan a wonderful backyard wedding... and then when we decided to move 2 months before the wedding, she helped us reimagine and relocate all the plans and vendors and logistics to our new, smaller backyard without a hitch!

The day itself went perfectly. If there were any problems, I didn't know about them (and happily still don't!) Liz was on top of everything, handling details that had never even occurred to me. And when we had questions about filing our marriage license after the wedding was over, she called me from Europe where she was on vacation to talk me through the paperwork, even though her services had been officially completed weeks before.

She truly went above and beyond in every way, and let us enjoy everything about the process, both before and after the wedding itself.

We cannot recommend her highly enough! Brava, Liz, and thank you!

Thank God for Liz!!! We planned a wedding for 200 people in just 6 months! We hired Liz for her full services and this was money well-spent. Liz was helpful in every aspect of planning and organizing the biggest event of our lifetimes. Hiring Liz as our wedding coordinator was hands down the smartest wedding investment we made. We booked our wedding venue based on it's beauty alone but we quickly realized that it came with no amenities - no water, no power, no bathrooms, no lighting, etc. It could have been a logistical nightmare but Liz did a fantastic job of managing all the vendors, insurance, deposits, and set-up & breakdown times.

Liz helped us find exquisite vendors that exceeded my expectations and were right within our price range. I tend to dream big and when I went to Liz with my crazy ideas she never said "no" but simply helped figure out the logistics to turn them into reality. On the big day, she and her assistants managed our timeline so that everything flowed seamlessly. The entire day was perfect!

Seeing that Liz had everything under control allowed me to be calm on my big day, and the result was a wonderful day, surrounded by loved ones, good vibes and awesome food. I'm so glad we booked Liz!

Liz was beyond wonderful! From the first moment we talked, my husband and I knew that we had to have her as our day of coordinator. She is a wealth of information and always had a solution for my problems within 24 hours (like when our DJ moved to the Phillipines 6 weeks before the wedding). While we only had her as a day of coordinator, she met with us at the venue beforehand, to help us ask all of the right questions. She even went with my husband to our food tasting because I had a 103 fever (note, wedding planners LOVE food tastings).

The two days surrounding the wedding, Liz was on top of everything. She made sure everyone stayed organized at the rehearsal dinner. The next morning, she and her two assistants began setting everything up for us at the venue! Liz bounced around between venue and hotel all day - making sure we were all going according to plans. When I arrived at the venue I was in awe of how amazing everything looked. They took the image that was in our minds and brought it to life!

Liz and her assistants came prepared with everything and smoothly handled every hiccup we had (like my garter belt falling down every two seconds, or when my husband almost saw me before getting to the aisle). Truly, Silver Charm Events thinks of everything!

Working with Liz was such a pleasure! From our very first meeting up to the big day itself, she was always friendly, accommodating, and was an amazing stress reliever. She makes herself very available to her clients, and is always there to help, whether it's a simple question, or figuring out how to assemble wedding decorations (as we learned together, even the simplest wedding arches can be super confusing...).

Thanks to Liz, our wedding went off without a hitch, and everyone was able to relax and have a great time. Working with her feels like you're having a friend help you out - only Liz knows way more about the wedding game than any friend I know. I cannot recommend her highly enough! If you're searching for a coordinator, definitely do yourself a favor and give her a call.

#1 available! My difficult / demanding schedule suited her unlimited phone access approach. I was surprised how helpful this was to keep me calm & on track. She knows so much about her profession, like that detail of the relationship. Her good humor was a great lubricant working through the countless details of our wedding from rehearsal, wedding day, clean up & managing gifts. She's very good communicator and has great follow up. Her responsive and responsible attitude brought cost savings & great vendors especially the furniture & a great make up artist + others. Liz was awesome from the first email I sent her. I found her through a wedding blog in late spring. She had advertised a special the Nov before, and I asked if she could still offer the same deal. It was 6 months after her advertisement, but she still honored that pricing! How could you not work with someone that awesome?

I opted for the day-of coordinating services, but Liz offered so much more. She visited my venues with me, offered advice and recommendations, and checked in with me often with meetings and phone calls. I had concerns about family drama and she said she would take care of it. Obviously she did, because on the wedding day, I didn’t get wind of any drama going down. She was on top of all the scheduling, setting up timeline, working with my vendors, and keeping us on schedule. She transferred items from our home to the church to the venue. She set up and tore down. She packed up everything and packed up our car for us. I’m sure we had glitches throughout the day. But I never knew about them. Liz took care of everything.

My friends and family were able to enjoy the day without being saddled with tasks. Most importantly, my hubby and I had the most amazing day, without a care in the world. Whatever people threw at me, I just sent them to Liz. She shielded us from everything and we were thoroughly able to enjoy the day.

And not only did she take care of us the time leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself, she also checked in with us after the wedding to make sure we were ok. Some minor issues came up and Liz was still working on stuff for us. She is so easy to work with, she has a great, friendly energy, she always put me at ease. Having her a part of our wedding was the best decision I made. People asked me how I was so calm on the day of. It was because I knew I had her running the show! We are so grateful to Liz.

Liz Coopersmith was exactly what a wedding coordinator needed to be. We didn't use the full event planning services, just the day-of coordination, which included finding and orchestrating vendors and such leading up to the big day. All her vendor recommendations were spot on, I don't know what we would have done without her!

I'm docking just a bit on flexibility because she was quite the task-master - in a good way! - in getting things done and getting them done right. So sometimes less flexible on certain details or with strong suggestions on how to do things, but in the end it was what we needed to get the wedding we truly wanted :)

The real value came on the day of the wedding - I was worried because so much I didn't get to finish the day before, but miraculously Liz and her helpers somehow finished setting everything up and made sure all the key moments happened when they were supposed to, and most importantly they kept my husband and I well fed and watered! Very important! :)

Although I only hired Silver Charm to be a Day of Coordinator, they were so much more. Liz and Maeline always responded to my questions quickly and made sure to check in to be sure I was on track. The month before they were like a master seamstress that sewed together all these bits and pieces that I had gathered together. They had a lot of patience at the rehearsal with our large and rowdy bunch! Liz Coopersmith was worth every penny spent. She was so incredibly helpful, flexible, and had it all under control. She was able to bring vendors to me so that I didn't have to worry about searching for them myself. She was available to help (there was a lot of do-it-yourself stuff) at all times and was even willing to try stuff she had never done before (arts and crafts).

With all of the preplanning help and work that Liz provided, where I really valued her and her team, was the day of. I just turned everything over to her, and they set everything up, coordinated people, handed out leis, made sure that all the folks involved were where they needed to be - I wouldn't have been able to pull all of that off. Because of Liz, I was able to have a very relaxed and fun wedding!!!
