Sift is an interior design studio that collects grand ideas and focuses them into a simplified and holistic approach. With an understanding that an interior is the way we most intimately interact with the built environment, Sift utilizes texture, value, and scale to create spaces made for people. Sift explores the profound effect that an environment has on our well being, implementing the graceful application of aesthetics without ever compromising function or comfort. Client collaboration is a priority; it is the objective of the studio to translate the client’s vision into a comprehensive composition that directly interacts with the surrounding architecture. Grounded by mid-century and Scandinavian influences, Sift delves into both classic and innovative use of space & materials inspired by design philosophies of the Pacific Northwest.
