Booked a cleaning over the weekend because I was moving out of my old place and wanted it cleaned professionally for the landlord. I was in a bind and they were literally able to send someone the next day. I am incredibly pleased with my experience with Shield, from the great customer service rep when I called in to schedule appointment, to the cleaner who did a great job of cleaning amongst the mess I had. I would highly recommend Shield Cleaning!! Â Booking the appointment was super easy and communication with the owner leading up to the appointment was flawless. Candace arrived to clean my condo incredibly sweet and professional. She spent two hours cleaning my kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms - probably about 500 sqft. total space and it is spotless. I don't think my condo has been this clean since I moved in. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be calling Shield Cleaning again in the future. More...

Let me just start by saying that the service was great from beginning to end. The cleaner arrived on time and she has went above and beyond. I run an Airbnb home so I have hired many cleaning services and no one cleaned like Shield Cleaning. When she was done she even asked me is there anything else I needed her to do but there was nothing left she cleaned everything. I definitely wound recommend this company and will use them again. This was my first time trying out this cleaning service and I absolutely loved the person they sent me. Â Her name is Sonia and it was such a pleasure to come home, felt like a brand new place! Â She was punctual and very thorough. Â They do advise you that they do not provide cleaning products, however, it was not a problem for me. Â Not only did she clean but she organized beautifully! Shield did a nice job on my home in Brooklyn. They cleaned the entire house and our carpets. They did a much better job than the last cleaning company I hired. I will use them again.
