What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Every project starts with a comprehensive intake call or meeting. We work through an intake questionnaire that gives us most of what we need to kick-off a project. All the relevant questions are asked like business details, existing website information, competitor websites the client might like us to review. We take this questionnaire and immediately get to work.

The most satisfying part of working with clients is hearing them say to us at some point in the process how valuable we have become to their business operations. For example, we have one client who attributes a one-year revenue growth of 65% that came directly from his website. We want customers for life, so we go out of the way to make each customer feel important and make working with us an enjoyable experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started the business with a simple goal in mind. That goal was to be invaluable to a client. By focusing on the experience and needs of our clients we have grown into a thriving business with 100s of clients all over the country.
