First time customer via a Groupon deal. Had a great 60 minute massage with John. It was perfect! Was sorry I couldn't take advantage of the new customer deal offered when I was leaving but just don't have the funds right now. Will surly be back in the future.

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful experience I had as a first time customer. I purchased a Groupon for my daughter and I to both get facials. (Followed the instructions on the Groupon to fill out the intake form -- what a great idea! This way, you don't have to fill out anything when you get there! Glad to see you are so thorough. After filling out the form,you responded so quickly to confirm the details and set up the appt. The whole process was simple! Went in for the appt and what a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere! I've gotten the 60 minute aromatherapy massage as well as a facial. The massage was amazing and I loved the facial. I had some milia on my face that I assumed would have to be removed by a dermatologist, but she was able to remove them during my facial, quickly and painlessly. I was super appreciative because I had become self-conscious about them. Nice place, great location, clean, relaxing, friendly & professional staff...I highly recommend! More...

I had a facial yesterday from a Groupon I was given for Christmas. It was wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable and from someone who gets facials regularly, my face felt better than ever. It was also great to know that I was able to take advantage of 50% and schedule a reading because I am beyond excited for this and hope it's just as nice as the facial was. I'm a bit shocked to see people complaining about the intake, why wouldn't you want all massage businesses to get this personal? It makes it 100% personal to you. Awesome services. The staff is professional, friendly, and informative. My first service was a relaxing massage that was followed by a cup of amazing honey/ginger tea. My most recent service was a facial. Helen is an experienced technician who took the time to review and explain my facial skin condition to me.

I can't say enough about Serenity and our therapist Kymberli. She has helped me through a bad bad marriage and when I thought I had no hope in my life, she helped me get through it all. I am happy to say that I am in a happier and positive place now and wasn't even thinking I was capable of being here.
