I suggested this as a place for my significant other and I to go to. They offer a half hour free counseling session. He didn't want to do that. He didn't think we needed couples counseling he thinks we need somebody to manage my bipolar anxiety. We just started talking with the counselors  and they make you feel like family and they have already started helping in our situation  so I think they are very helpful to our community and as for individuals
