First off, Jared and his Staff are great people!!! When I was looking to get into shape after letting myself go for 20 years, I explored all gyms in the area and then I drove by this little place on the outskirts of downtown Mansfield and found a GEM(gym)! I walked in and knew this was not a gym, but a place to change my approach to fitness. The place was very clean and organized, but utilitarian in a good way! It had real equipment that was meant for work, Its a no frills place!!
