I can’t say enough good things about this gym, came In looking for a change in atmosphere, I was tired of the typical gyms around town. Jeremy and Shelly (owners) are probably 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, they’ve remembered me by name since the day I signed up. you get a really good “welcome home” type feel whenever you’re there. Jeremy being a world record holder you have access to some of the best lifting minds in the sport and this is an all around great place to workout, fits any schedule since it’s 24 hours accessible with more equipment than you’ll know what to do with. Hands down one of the best gyms in the State! There is nothing that this gym doesn't offer for a serious or novice lifter. Anyone that lives in Tallahassee should be at this gym. World class equipment, family vibe, empowering atmosphere and owned by a world class athlete. If you aren't going here, well that's just plain foolish. This gym and Jeremy cultivate greatness.
