I don’t even know how to write this post because there are no words for the appreciation, love, and adoration I have for not just the venue itself, but the people. Seasons was the first venue I visited and I absolutely fell in love. Ever since they day we said “yes” to this venue, our experience has been nothing but amazing. Jennifer is an angel. Her ability to reduce bridal stress is unbelievable. She cares so deeply for her couples. We were not treated like just another wedding. We felt like we were taken care of as if we were family. My wedding planning and wedding day were not without bumps (not through any fault of Seasons!) and Jennifer came to the rescue every single time. The mansion and the grounds are stunning and full of history. This is not like any other venue you will see and it is such a unique experience for your guests. Not to mention ... you get to use the items in their amazing cottage for decor! This reduces planning stress tremendously. My husband and I will forever be grateful for the love and support from the staff at Seasons. From the moment we arrived we were cared for, and every need and want were addressed. The staff is of the highest quality of professionalism. To the owners and facilitators of this venue, you are beyond my ability to express positively in words the incredible job you and your staff orchestrated. Our wildest expectations were met and surpassed. I know one does not single out individual efforts, as this was truly a well managed team effort. However, Cameron, you were so very helpful and friendly, from start to finish. Eric, you will always be a part of our families heart, and glad moments. We absolutely loved having Jennifer with us through planning. Honestly all of the staff was incredible but Jennifer has a calming warm personality you can’t help but be drawn to. Every brides answered prayer. Eric was our actual day of coordinator and I had soo many guests come up to me and tell me how amazing he was through out the rehearsal and wedding day. We used all in house vendors aside from our photographer and we can’t say enough about them either! Our flowers were STUNNING, And Justin our DJ was the BEST. After the wedding I had countless people asking me where we ordered our DELICIOUS food from. Taste of Life is their in house catering company and the food is TO DIE FOR. Where do I begin? This is going to be long. But I do encourage the read. My husband and I arrived into town late, around 9:00pm, and were looking for a place to stay. We called and Jennifer answered the call. She was friendly, accommodating, informative, pleasant, and warm. We arrived at the Seasons at Magnolia Manor efficiently as Jennifer's directions were very good. When we pulled up and went to the door, we quickly realized that we were blessed with this incredible experience. I say experience, because it truly was. We shared a peaceful evening that night and in the morning enjoyed an enlightening and pleasant visit with Jennifer. Wow. What an unbelievable and wonderful place. We met the staff, enjoyed conversation and some great coffee! Our sleep was restful and very comfy cozy. Great accommodations! My husband travels often and does a lot of business in the area. Seasons at Magnolia Manor has some of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Jennifer was extremely professional and kind, ensuring that all of our needs were met and was flexible to ensure the best possible experience. She was always available to answer questions and assist in a timely manner via call/text/email. Jeff also made some of the most delicious food I've had. I kid you not, after I ate it, I immediately asked Jeff and Jennifer to adopt me. They said kindly declined � The overall experience was inexpensive with amazing quality. I've been to a few extremely expensive weddings, but none of them looked as pretty as this venue under the lights. I'd highly recommend this as a wedding venue. I just want to say, I had the most beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined here. When the weather caused a problem, Jennifer and Jeff came to mine and my now husbands rescue. It was everything I wanted, and more! I honestly couldn't thank them enough, because words can't put into how much I appreciate everything they did for us and our family. They say there are certain people in your life who just fit right in and have a reason for being there, and I believe we met Jennifer and Jeff for a reason. They may not be able to fly (yet) but they certainly are angels! I have attended many events at Seasons of Magnolia and each one have been amazing!Jennifer and Hannah have made each event so special not only for the customers but also for their guests. Their attention for detail has gone over and above what anyone could’ve asked for. The latest event I attended I was the maid of honor at my friends wedding. This venue is a historic Victorian mansion. I love this era and fell in love with the place immediately! The owners were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous. Little details; vases of roses set throughout the rooms, a bottle of sparkling cider chilling in our room, the decor matching the colors of our wedding. The food was phenomenal! The owners are so down to earth and I feel like they're family now. I totally recommend Seasons at Magnolia Manor for ANY event you wish to have. If you want a wedding venue that is the definition of perfection, look no further than the Magnolia Manor. My fiance and I have fallen in love not only with the 175 year old bed and breakfast, but the owners Jennifer, Jeff, and entire staff. Although our wedding isnt until junr 2018, we were welcomed with open arms (literally!) And you will feel like family when you tour the grounds and taste the food. My wedding was in April and we booked Seasons at Magnolia Manor for the entire weekend. Let me start off by saying that the service is incredible. As the wedding date approached, a lot of communication occurred regarding wedding specifics, if there was anything I wanted, Seasons found a way to accommodate it. The day of the wedding, the florist called to say that she was arriving late, when she did arrive, the centerpieces were missing a certain color. Not to worry, Jenn took care of it and I barely heard about it because as the bride, I was not to be stressed. Jenn managed to fix the flower girls’ floral crowns and the centerpieces without any delay and everything looked amazing. The ceremony was outside; my mother, who walked me down the aisle, needs a cane to walk. Seasons had one of their staff shadowing my mom and myself as we walked to be there should my mother need extra assistance. It started to rain lightly while everyone was dancing on the outside deck, not to worry though, the staff at Seasons at Magnolia moved a few tables around in the reception area and created an indoor dance floor that kept us all having fun until the wedding was over. The wedding itself was beautiful, the décor was perfect, the music was fun, the atmosphere idyllic.

The following morning everyone woke up happy, everyone was talking about how perfect the wedding was. We were all able to sit on the front porch and just talk about the wedding, childhood memories, and the future; it was truly one of the sweetest moments. Then came brunch, oh my god brunch! Jeff cooked and everything that was prepared was absolutely delicious. Home made fresh scones, rosemary sausage patties, and so much more. I looked into using the ballroom space for a family event. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive to all of my messages and questions. Before officially booking the space I went to tour the grounds. Hannah, another staff member, showed me around and answered all of my questions about the space and addressed all of my needs for the event. The space itself was beautiful! I loved the floors and the large french doors and windows which allowed guests to view the beautiful countryside around the Manor. I did not spend much time inside the house itself (the event space is detached from the home), but the details in the windows and around the property were lovely. I imagine this being the perfect backdrop for a spring or fall wedding. While I did not end up booking this space (I needed something closer for my family), I had an amazing experience with Jeff, Jennifer and Hannah. They were so kind and helpful. I absolutely love this venue AND the staff. The owners Jennifer and Jeff are absolutely amazing. They have been very accommodating and helpful. We had to push our wedding back an entire year and it was not a problem doing so. They worked with us to make sure my dream would come to a reality. Though our event is not until 2019, I know without a shadow of a doubt, our wedding will be amazing. Jennifer has already been so helpful with my questions and concerns. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything she has said would be done, has been. In the short time of her ownership, the transformation has been unimaginable. My husband Patrick and I had our wedding on 4/28/18, we started looking at venues last spring and were having a hard time finding a venue that worked for us. We looked at a lot of venues in Maryland and when I felt like I was never going to find the right place, I saw someone suggest Seasons at Magnolia Manor on Facebook. I messaged the venue online and within 15 minutes we had an appointment set up to come visit. We brought both our moms to see the venue and were so surprised when they also provided dinner to all of us compliment's to Jennifer's husband Jeff who does the catering. Let me tell you it was love at first taste, everything that we tried was absolutely to die for. Even my mom who hates mushrooms tried the mushroom cap filling and loved it (funny because the filling is made of mushrooms!). We signed up for the Magnolia package which I felt literally had everything included! They have a network of vendors you can choose from whom all bent over backwards to make our wedding day perfect. Everyone they recommended provided the service exactly how the venue said they would.

I can be a bit of a control freak, but Hannah and Jennifer were the absolute best to work with. With all the options online nowadays, you're never really sure if what you see is what you get but let me tell you everything they promised they delivered and then some. They really helped plan down to the very last detail and took specific notes so that not one thing was missed on my big day. The time spent with them was like being with old friends as we laughed and carried on throughout the entire process. They helped to set appointments with vendors so that I could work with them on their parts and they pulled their décor together with the florist for a picture perfect ceremony and reception.

From the morning to the evening, Jennifer and Hannah were there on my wedding day making sure that everything went according to plan. They helped my bridesmaid repair her dress, they got all 140 people out of the rain without panic and back outside for the reception 30 minutes later with dry tablecloths, Jennifer helped to pin and bustle my dress! My guests have not stopped talking about the food, I think everyone got a second plate if not a third.

In the end, there is no other venue I would have rather had my wedding at and I walked away with 2 new friends Jennifer and Hannah! I cannot wait to see our pictures for the moment that Jennifer stole us away with hopes of catching the rainbow in the sky over the mountains. Trust in their guidance because these ladies nailed it! Where to begin! Our daughter was just married on May 12th, and I just can't say enough good things about both the venue and Jennifer and her staff. Whether it was all the help with the planning, the scrumptious food, the gorgeous venue...or even keeping the bride and her 155 guests calm during a tornado watch, Jennifer showed great poise, knowledge and genuine care and compassion that translated into a beautiful day. When Jennifer calmly informed us that a tornado watch had been issued and the potential storm path could possibly pass over us within 45 minutes, one would have thought chaos would have ensued. Not hardly! Jennifer enacted a plan of action to transition from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding and all occurred seamlessly, with little to no interruption of the wedding festivities. The Fire Marshall stopped by to ensure the safety of the guests until the storm blew through. We cannot thank Jennifer and her staff enough for all they did to make it such a memorable day. The first thing you notice is how much parking space is available. As you approach the Main building you are taken back in time with the majestic appearance of the Manor. It has that old world charm. The inside is just as breathtaking as the outside. Jennifer was amazing in directing us in the wedding rehearsal. She gave us two scenarios depending on the weather. The rehearsal meal was hamburgers and teriyaki chicken which were incredible tasting. Jeff is an amazing chef. The presentation was perfect. The after dinner history of the Manor was the perfect touch before having a look around the property. You can see all the thought put into each poet themed room. The wedding was beautiful with the grounds being perfectly manicured. Jennifer ensured everyone was ready and lined up properly. While photos were being taken, the hor d’oeuvres were served to the guest on the veranda and again the food was incredible. The banquet facility was set up to perfectly accommodate the guest. My mother is handicapped and while I was involved with the photos, the staff ensured she was taken to the banquet hall. The went above my expectations. The food preparation was amazing. The roast beef au jus was the best I have ever had. Wish I had gotten seconds, but I was so busy given guest tours of the Manor and the history of the place that time flew by. There were several places to sit and chat with old and new friends. The brunch the following day was again another amazing meal. The staff went beyond all expectations I had. I never review anything. Even when the site or something prompts me and it would be super simple but I’m reviewing my wedding venue to debunk some comments left on a few of these review sites that really just don’t sit right with me now that my wedding is over and I have real experience with this place. I’ll start by saying, the owners are REAL people. Not robots or some big corporation that doesn’t care. They are a family and they have put unbelievable heart into this place you can’t know unless you visit and see the before and after. Other than 1 off base review here, the poor reviews are actually about the old business that was here before the new owners so bare that in mind too. But back the Seasons and it’s owners. Their staff LOVES them and that should tell you something right away. They have such blatantly fun loving relationships with their staff and vendors and that is something you cannot fake through a wedding day. The hugs they share and the out right laughter from the obvious inside jokes shared between them made it very clear this family grows every time they meet new genuine people and the real kicker, they clearly make room for every new couple who comes through their door. And that is the gist of why I feel so compelled to write.||||Some fine points: yes they really do have an unbelievable amount of included decor. Yes, they really do help your guests - and you! Yes they complete all your little details just the way you ask. Yes they work with you on price so you can have an amazing venue and day and if they don’t, I’m betting it’s you, not them that is the problem because if you only knew what my day entailed you’d be blown away by what this place did for me to ensure I had the perfect wedding day.||||I know that some people write bad reviews to hurt people and businesses because they get some axe they feel they want to grind or they get some sort of self satisfaction by trying to make another look bad but in their eagerness to write all kinds of drama to do their damage they fail to realize, anyone can choose to see for themselves and then their crappy review (at least in this case) is a mute issue. So I’m reviewing to say go and see for yourself. ||||My wedding was amazing and I owe it to one woman who didn’t just do her best, she brought together an entire army of people who did their best for her and for me and that person was the owner of Seasons at Magnolia, Jennifer. I’d be writing a review 100 pages long if I began to try to list all my reasons for why I feel so strongly as to go on like this and I do realize I don’t know what happens at every wedding here and I know things are not always perfect, god knows I know, BUT I now know this place and these people and can tell anyone who reads this or any other review, Seasons at Magnolia IS EXACTLY what seems to good to be true. On July 27 2018 I had My dream wedding here at seasons at magnolia .j honestly don’t even know where to start there were so many amazing things this family did for us . Every single idea I had For my wedding was carried out in detail from beginning to end . We first went to view the venue with a tasting which the food was absolutely to die for . I have Been to some really fancy restaurants and let me tell you, the food bye taste of life which is a catering company they Handle from the property is AMAZING. They have so many choices when it comes to food , they also will go above and beyond to create you an entire menus for allergies , or special dieting needs .We worked with a bakery that I cant Remember the name of right this moment but was recommend by the venue and the owner Jennifer herself . We sent a picture of how we wanted our cake to look and they blew it out of the park, every girls Pinterest cake dream was made that night .The venue offers decor FOR FREE with your bundle packages , and I dont Mean place setting I mean Those dream wedding mason jar and lantern center pieces you’d spend millions of dollars on for one night . I looked Up photos of styles I liked And Jennifer the owner added some twists since she 100% knows what she is doing, and made it even better than my photos ! From day one Jennifer and her team have done nothing but answer every question , concern , and idea I have Had . On the day of our wedding they were calling for tornados , The team at magnolia had a back up plan to their 3 other back up plans they already had . This venue was thinking ahead , prepared for any scenario that may happen and made my wedding day stress free . We had the entire venue grounds to do what we wanted on our day , we chose the gazebo ceremony and an indoor reception .every single one of our guest continuously complimented our venue , our decorations , and our amazing food . We are a young couple and the wedding we had was more than i could have ever dreamed of . Seasons at magnolia does not charge you so much you will go bankrupt like all these other cookie cutter venues , they here your budget and make the most of it for you to still have your dream wedding . These people do nothing but take every wedding personal and make it the best day of your life . After our wedding we rented out the entire house for our family and close friends , we all stayed up after the wedding and cried and laughed and talked about our lives before and after the wedding . The rooms in this historic mansion are amazing , so many unique personal touches in every room to give it its own story . My son and his wife were married here last week and it was an overall great experience. I work for and at some of the top venues in Baltimore and have never seen the personal care that was shown to the bride by Jennifer. The bridal suite used for getting ready was absolutely perfect for the entire bridal party to get ready. The food was excellent and the venue was decorated beautifully. 5 star rating!||Everything about our wedding was wonderful despite the cold weather the staff was very accommodating and did an amazing job. The decor was stunning, food was delicious and the vibes were great. Our guest raved about the food all night and said this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We had a large crowd and were in the banquet room Jennifer and her guys worked so hard to make us happy by moving tables to accommodate our huge dance crowd. 5 stars is not enough for my experience here at Seasons. From the first meeting everything was a dream come true! The staff was so welcoming and made us feel like we were apart of the family and wanted everything to be perfect and stress free. Jen walked us through every step of the way and helped us plan the exact wedding we dreamed of. Everything turned out AMAZING! I 100% recommended Seasons at Magnolia.
