The appt was easy to set up and the gal that showed up was very nice and worked hard. She did not have a punch list of what was to be included in a deep clean which led to some things being missed. That is where the -1 star came from. The business owner responded quickly to my report of concern regarding items not being cleaned and adjusted the cost appropriately. Overall a good experience. I always am so happy when the crew from Scout comes to my house. They do great work, pay attention to detail and my favorite part is that you are invoiced after the cleaning so you get to see the work before you pay!

Using Scout Cleaning has been a pleasure. We have been impressed each and every time they have come to clean our apartment. We live in a smaller space with two dogs, a cat, and two people- so the work is cut out Rosalina and Amanda (the lovely ladies who clean our place). I also work from home and my dogs are in the apartment with me everyday. Rosalina and Amanda are great with my dogs, and are very courteous- I have been able to work uninterrupted every time that they have come out to clean. Very friendly. Been using Scout for about 6 months now and the service is great. Â They leave no nook or cranny uncleaned and in particular they do a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen -- they clean the stove and microwave to a spotless shine every time which is soooo nice. Â They work quickly and their prices are reasonable, too. Â I've had some bad house cleaners over the years but with Scout I've finally found one I can consistently rely on. When I finally admitted that I could not keep up our house with work, family, meetings, etc., I called Toby at Scout for help. He has been responsive, helpful and accommodating (even with my erratic schedule) and I am absolutely thrilled with the work of the two lovely women who clean our house! The owner of Scout contacted me after this review and offered a discount for our next cleaning for the icebox incident. Â Totally appreciated it- and understandably every business learns as it grows. Â It's always a great sign that a business is willing to adjust to feedback. Â It also was nice that I got a personal phone call, because I'm sure it was an awkward bridge to cross.I didn't mention before, Scout does send a monthly email with a survey, so they are definitely customer-oriented. After realizing that my best efforts to clean my apartment just weren't cutting it, my boyfriend and I decided that we needed to call in some professionals to give me some assistance. Scout Cleaning is the preferred cleaning vendor for my Ballpark neighborhood building, so we gave them a call. They first sent out one of their managers to take a look at our unit and to tell us more about their service. While it was slightly awkward to have someone come assess your level of cleanliness and make what basically amounts to a house call, I felt comfortable enough with the pitch to set up my appointment for a few days later.Stephanie and Cameron came out this morning to do the all important "first clean" of our apartment. (The first clean is slightly more expensive then successive cleans.) They were both very pleasant and did a great job on our apartment. They finished our 1000 sq. ft. unit in about 2.5 hours and did a far better job than I could have done in 2.5 days.I will definitely be booking future cleaning appointments with Scout. More...
