About

As a high performer who has been to burnout and back, I understand the challenges of balancing a drive for excellence with the desire for connection, fun, and balance in life. Applying my training with one of the top programs in the world for life, executive and leadership coaching (Coaches Training Institute), I help professionals recapture a sense of purpose and excitement in their careers, make room in their life to rest and recharge, and make sure and steady progress toward their professional and personal goals.

This event is simply phenomenal. I don't think there is anything else like it in DFW. A whole day of free fun, workshops, music, vendors. So so so much greatness going on, you can't go just once. I've so appreciated watching this festival grow over the years. It just keeps getting better. AND it's FREE!! More...

An amazing event for anyone wishing to live a healthier, more mindful life. I'm rather new to the area and looking for a yoga class and guided meditation, and I found it here ten-fold. What a well-organized, wonderful, and fulfilling event! I only wish I could have attended more...so many amazing opportunities...so little time. Kudos to the organizers! And the fact that it was a free event just blew my mind! Thank you! More...

Q&As

I love how no two sessions are the same. Each session with a client is an adventure, guided by tapping into exactly what they need to work on that day. There are no 'cookie cutter' steps or canned responses. Giving clients the opportunity to openly, unapologetic-ally uncover and pursue what they truly want for themselves instead of listening to what everyone else (no matter how well meaning) thinks they 'should' be doing, thinking, or feeling is incredibly powerful. People often feel trapped by circumstances or expectations, and freeing them from that mindset so they feel excited, empowered, and satisfied is one of the main reasons I became a coach.

I have spent my life surrounded by high-achievers: raised in a family of doctors, engineers and entrepreneurs, as a high level gymnast training alongside World and Olympic champions, and as an IT consultant. I got the inside view of the joys and struggles of being driven to achieve. Watching people who were doing so well by external measures be constantly stressed, on the path to burnout, and not spending nearly enough time doing things they enjoy and being with their friends and families, I thought "this can't be all there is". I made it my mission to help people be successful on their own terms and enjoy each day, rather than happiness being something they'll get around to "someday". Coaching is how I am accomplishing this mission and serving others.

I listen deeply so that you feel heard and understood . The most common praise I receive is that I am extremely attuned to my clients and bring their awareness to subtle yet meaningful nuances in their self-expression, which gives them 'aha!' moments, clarity, and insight. I care deeply about my clients' success and fulfillment, and create a support system and accountability to ensure they make steady and consistent progress.
