I haired Sapir Construction to redo all my house that was including, complete kitchen, creating open space with adding beams, flooring, replacing windows , Master bathroom and an awesome fireplace work. Sapir Construction did a excellent job on our remodel. They listened to our needs, They were in constant communication throughout the entire process (9 weeks to be exact). It was pretty big job. They removed walls to make our entire kitchen/dining room/living room open concept. They replaced all the walls in this area (and ceiling) from plaster to drywall. They replaced all electrical, new floors, a most importantly, a brand new kitchen. They also replaced our plumbing clean out from the house to the street. Overall, they helped us to create a beautiful kitchen and living space, along with correcting our very old plumbing. If we wanted to make changes in the middle they were great at working with us. They were polite and always kept an attitude of excitement as we experienced this adventure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism. More...

Sapir Construction is an impressive, 5-Star company with dedicated and caring professionals . I highly recommend this company to those considering home improvements. I worked with Moris, the principal, who is honest and compassionate, Zaher was on hand to lend exceptional skills for electrical and plumbing, and I loved his team of precise painters. Not many painters pay attention to details, but this team did! Moris never "nickle and dimed" me for unexpected expenses that were NOT included in the original quote. So refreshing to deal with someone who was more concerned about producing quality work than squeezing additional money from unprepared homeowners like me. It was a pleasure to work with Sapir's Office Administrator, Alisa, who responded quickly whenever there were questions- be it night or day, or weekend, she was always friendly, available and responsive. This is the second time I have used Sapir Construction and I will continue using them for every project I ever have! ***** has become much more than just a contractor he is definitely a family friend. He cares about all of the work that is going on at all of his jobs and constantly stayed in contact with me if there was anything going on I needed to know about. He only works with good trustworthy people and I was able to leave my house to go to work and trust it would be locked up at the end of the day (we hadn't moved in yet). This project (install hardwood floors and paint an entire 3,100 sqft house) had an incredibly tight time frame (18 days) because my wife was due with our 2nd child and we needed to be in by the 25th. Even though I was a little skeptical, ***** said he could get the job done and he sure did. Honestly, give ***** a call if you are thinking about doing anything, he truly cares about doing a great job for you and his prices are very fair. Eventually, I will be remodeling my town home for a rental property and ***** will be my first call! Thank you so much for all your hard work and loyalty my friend! More...

I am totally satisfied with my beautiful, new patio! I can’t believe the receiving of a neighborhood flier from Sapir Construction, could open-up doors to a wonderful experience:


a.Moris was very professional, with excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the project. His knowledge enabled me to make a great decision.

b.Zaher was right on time and worked tirelessly to accomplish the job. He knew every piece of the equipment and when he had finished, it was like a work of art.

c.The demo crew did a fantastic job of taking down the old patio and cleaning up the debris afterwards.

d.Last, but not least, is Aliza - who was there for me throughout the whole project to answer questions. She makes customers feel so important and appreciated!

Udi and his crew put in a walkway for us from the front door to the sidewalk as well as some other hard scape work along the driveway. The sprinklers were reset and yard ready to be landscaped. Love my new kitchen (minus a couple of issues along the way). Moris is very kind and makes sure the project is moving along. Sam was excellent with the electricals, plumbing and overseeing most everything. Alisa was great at keeping me updated and tried to handle anything I was concerned about. I was scrolling through Facebook when I came across the ad. The house in the picture looked exactly like what I wanted to do with mine. I called them for a free estimate and they came out pretty quick.

We started the job and Morris was very kind. He really knows what he is talking about compared to the other contractors. My wife and I knew instantly that we wanted to work with Sapir construction.

My wife and I were looking to get a custom mantel made for our fireplace. We knew what we wanted, but we were having a hard time finding the right person who could make it a reality.
When we connected with Udi we knew he was the right guy for the project. He immediately came out to see the space, ask questions about our vision, took measurements and looked at all the photo ideas I had.

Mr, Sapir is a wonderful man and those who work with him are kind and very good workers. The really great thing I think I love the most about him is he is always available. He doesn't disappear! He returns phone calls and responds quickly to any issue I had or questions. I could call him today and he really does answer his phone! He guarantees his work too. His company remodeled my bathroom which I love, with a walk in tub and tile work that is just so amazing; love it They did my kitchen also. so our initial meeting with mike and moris was awesome. we originally went through about 4 contractors until we decided to use them. we started out with a kitchen remodel and the experience was amazing. mike provided us with a 3d of the new kitchen layout and mikes ideas were great. we ended up using all of his ideas and out kitchen came out great. we would definitely recommend sapir to all of our friends and family. thank you guys More...

I have been nothing but pleased with the work that is being done in my home. Mike has been amazing to work with. He is friendly, down to earth, and has wonderful ideas when I'm stuck. I am so happy I went with this company. They are hard workers and are there 6 days a week, sometimes even on Sundays. After work when I stop by to check on the progress, they are still working, often after 5:30 pm. I am so happy with the work done so far. My home is nearly done and it looks brand new! I cannot recommend Sapir Construction (specifically Mike and Sergio) enough! We encountered a terrible mold problem in our kitchen that left us needing to rebuild even the foundation. Mike was a dream to work with - he helped us wrestle insurance and provided us everything we needed along the way. On top of this he had a great vision for how we could turn this terrible situation into a positive. He suggested an amazing new layout for our kitchen we NEVER would have thought of. The benefits to his suggestions will 100% increase the value of our home when we sell. He smartly suggested to swap the fridge and oven placements which now easily allow for 3 entire people to fit in the kitchen (before we could barley fit 2!) He also has great connections with vendors in the valley who have great products, services, and prices.

Because this was an insurance rebuild we had to undergo the estimation process with several contractors. We experienced a range of personalities and estimates. Sapir was by far the best. Do yourself a favor and pick them from the beginning! We will absolutely be having Mike and team out next summer to redo our bathrooms. More...
