My Son had a digestion issue and through a long arduous process Sandy helped him out and now he is eating like a horse and continuing the good nutrition that Sandy instructed him in. So, I saw Sandy as soon as I began experiencing an issue and within 1 visit she got me on the right nutritional path and I am feeling great. If you see Sandy be prepared to learn a lot. More...

This has been a great experience, and Sandy is helping a lot. This is not about learning new things, which I have, but about finding someone that can relate to this stage of my life in terms of health, fitness, and nutrition that is willing to work WITH me!! This is Sandy!!

As a healthcare provider myself, I have extremely high standards for the care that I believe clients/patients should receive. Sandy did not disappoint! She was quite knowledgeable, warm, and compassionate, and as importantly, she instilled in me a sense of hope that my health could be improved. She partnered with me to help me make small, but important changes, which made all the difference over time. Even years later, I continue to seek out Sandy's expertise; and she has become an excellent resource for the patients that I see as well. Thank you, Sandy! More...

I highly recommend Sandy as her services and knowledge are superior to anyone we have ever met. My wife and I were referred to Sandy and we followed her defined program that she specifically designed for each of us. Our particular path included the LEAP MRT food sensitivity testing which was very interesting and informational and really helped my wife and I better understand our specific food sensitivities. It has been a life changer and amazing journey that Sandy held our hand and guided us through. It is very much worth your time and you won’t be disappointed. Sandy is so amazing, knowledgeable and passionate toward helping. I learned it definitely is ‘not’ a diet, it is so much more and why called a nutrition plan and really makes it specific to your body and sensitivities toward foods. My wife and I feel amazing, have more energy and have substantially reduced our health and medical related issues. Don’t hesitate, give Sandy some of your time, it will be well worth it. More...

Sandy has helped me immensely In my journey to better health! I have gone from chronic fatigue, brain fog, no energy and feeling sick all the time to only occasional mild fatigue, much more energy and just feeling like a normal me! I had forgotten what that felt like! It wasn't easy but so worth it! Sandy is easy to talk to and patient and I HIGHLY recommend her! More...

Q&As

Diet is one of the cornerstones of health and wellbeing. Would you put propane in your car's gas tank, or give a dog rabbit food? Our bodies likewise need specific nutrients in the form of food to be in optimal health.

What I love most about my job is that I can custom design a plan for each of my patients to achieve the health goals that they desire. My favorite part is hearing how good patients feel after they have made lifestyle changes, and sometimes the surprise that they have realizing that they feel this good without using medication to get there.

When I learned of the LEAP eating protocol using the Mediator Release Test (MRT) for food sensitivities I was inspired to work with patients in private practice so that I could have the freedom to recommend food sensitivity testing for those with chronic illness. Once I had my first patient my love of my job grew exponentially as I worked with her to figure out the underlying causes of her chronic disorder. I am by nature a problem solver and so this type of work is perfect and very satisfying for my personality.

I am passionate about what I do and strive my very best to help my patients reach their health goals. Nutrition is a second career for me and comes with a lifetime of interest in the field. By the time I decided to get a masters degree in nutrition I knew it was my passion and wanted to share that with others. I am also a life learner and am constantly studying my field, learning and growing so that I can be better equipped to help my patients achieve their health goals.
