Some of our previous residential projects include caissons, foundation restructure/restoration, house leveling (historical homes), 2nd story additions, duplex conversions, guest houses, hillside retaining walls, decks, room additions, garages, and many interior historical restorations from 1910 Craftsman, to 1920 Spanish, to 1950-60's Mid Century.

Some of our commercial tenant improvement projects include food service, hospitality/spa, recording studios and rehearsal complexes.
