I just had the pleasure of meeting with Tom, and it was very enlightening. While the services I'm after didn't align with the services Sanctum Design offers, Tom still took his time to explain things in an easy to understand way, so I could still move forward with a basic working knowledge. When is the last time you had someone take their time to provide exceptional service, even after they reached the realization you wouldn't be hiring them?
