Salon on Main is a breath of fresh air. It has a really relaxing atmosphere while still feeling really special. I first went a few months ago after following Angelina's work on IG for a very long time. She is wonderful. She does a great job of discussing what's doable and really listens to what you want. For me, that was keeping my natural roots...no root smudge, shadow root etc. And Angelina has done an amazing job blending in my highlights seamlessly with placement alone. Love this place! I’m always impressed with Angelina every time! First let me just start by saying that I am a naturally born red head and while I love my hair color, I do envy the girls that die their hair all kinds of cool colors and it just works for them. I’d be disowned if I died my hair, by numerous people lol, so getting my hair cut and cut correctly is the only way I get to express myself -hair wise. So it’s a big deal when I find a stylist that cuts it perfectly each time. Angelina Rose is that girl! Not only does she listen to your concerns and wants, but she’s honest and so knowledgeable about every piece of advice she gives.I got the Keratin treatment while there too (totally recommend) and let me tell you I was BEYOND impressed by Angelina’s professionalism. Today I went to salon on main to get my hair done by Angelina. I previously saw her 2 weeks ago for a consultation and she suggested a living proof hair mask to soften and hydrate my dry, blonde hair before our appointment today. Right away I realized that Angelina truly cares about the quality and integrity of her clients hair. She even suggested a water filter to help with the hard water in my area which works AMAZING!Before she started doing my hair we confirmed what my ideal goal was and exactly what processes she would be doing to my hair. She turned my brassy blonde over processed hair into a silky beautiful multidimensional blonde with low lights. I could not be happier with the outcome of my hair! She also gave me a much needed haircut leaving my hair refreshed and polished. I can't wait to return and get my hair done again by Angelina! Prior to Salon on Main I was doing box color and Hair Cuttery cuts.  I decided I wanted a change in hair color and would budget for professional hair care.  I've been going to Denise for the past 6 months and I'm always happy with my results.  I've gone from almost black box dye to blonde highlights.  It's been a process but it's been worth it!  I recently had Angelina do my highlights and she was awesome too.  Great salon, great people, great hair! I followed Angelina from another salon, I can’t say enough good things about her. I came to her with a botched haircut and color and over the past year and a half she really has transformed my hair from a short uneven hair cut to a cute long-ish bob. Love this salon! I've been twice after following Angelina from another salon. She is the BEST at blonding and one of the only people I trust to color my hair. She has a refreshing personality and tells it like it is - spending a few hours with her is truly enjoyable, the salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and I always leave LOVING my hair. I'm constantly hopping around from stylist to stylist. My last experience getting my hair done at Salon on Main was with Angelina and Abby and they're phenomenal! I also have had my lashes and make up done by Sarah E and WOW! I am impressed by her way to see even the smallest details and she applied my lashes with such precision.All of girls there are hair artists!!! They all show so much talent and love for what they do. If you're new to the area or looking for a new salon, then Salon on Main is the place you need to go. You immediately feel like you're at home the second you walk in the front door. All the employees are extremely friendly and make you feel like you're apart of the salon family. I started going to Salon on Main a few years ago and I'm so glad I did. I am very particular about my hair. I have yet to walk out of there unhappy with my hair or any of the other services I've gotten. When I wanted to do something completely different with my hair, Abby took the time to sit with me before my appointment and review the pictures that I brought. I was so nervous but she reassured me that everything was going to be okay and it was! I was in love with the end results. Another salon favorite is the milbon treatment that leaves your hair feeling and looking healthy as can be. I highly recommend getting one! Each hair dresser listens to what you want and executes to perfection. It took me many years to find a salon that I trusted with my hair. I've been to many places that haven't listened to me, messed up my hair, or had unfriendly staff. Not this place! You can fully trust that every single employee will go above and beyond to make each visit to the salon the best experience. I just moved to Hatboro and was worried about finding a hair salon I liked and a stylist I could trust. Salon on Main blew me out of the water! It was very clean and modern inside, plus everyone was so friendly. Abbie did an amazing job from the shampoo to finishing touches! I have been a regular for about four years--prior to that, I went to Philadelphia to get my hair cut because I had found a wonderful stylist (Jason Matthew) and stayed with him for two decades), but health issues forced me to find a place closer to home. I am completely delighted with Salon on Main--the owner, Denise, is my stylist. The entire salon is friendly, professional, but low key, not fussy nor intimidating. The environment is pretty and peaceful. They offer water or soft drinks and Denise is even kind enough to put on my favorite Pandora station! I just read those negative reviews and they seem fake to me--no "old lady" even works there, as far as I know. :) I expect to come here for the next two decades, if I live that long. I love love love this salon! Friendly staff in a beautiful and clean space made each visit enjoyable and memorable. I'm a notoriously complicated client - always wanting something new but not exactly sure what - and Denise was patient with me and innovative with my hair and I always left looking like the best version of myself. I've been here twice now, once for an updo and back again for a regular hair cut. Staff is super friendly and appointments are easy to get! Prices are a little high for the area but worth it to be in a nice environment. Parking is tricky, they do have a lot behind the building but spaces are limited. I've been going to Salon on Main since they opened. They have always been friendly and professional, gave good suggestions when I didn't know what to do with my hair and have been unbelievably flexible with their schedule and time because my schedule was horrendous. I absolutely love them!

I was a new customer and had a great experience at Salon on Main. I needed an up-do for a bridal and wedding on the same day and Danielle did a great job! She was honest in saying that it won't turn out exactly like the pics but improvised and added a little detail with the pearl bobbypins! I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. Honesty goes a long way when you have expectations and I couldn't have appreciated it more. My hair stayed in ALL DAY 9am-11pm that night and received a lot of compliments! Love, love, love Salon on Main! The staff is friendly, courteous, and punctual. The salon is clean and well maintained with rear parking for customers. They take you back right away and never make you wait. Lisa is fabulous and I have always loved what she has done with my hair. Their prices are competitive for the area. The only negative would be is that they used to be open on Mondays, which is when I have off, but now they're only open Tuesdays-Saturdays which is great if you have a normal schedule. I came in this past Saturday and got my very first DevaCurl haircut. I must say that this is one of the best experiences I have had at any hair salon! The service was quick (I was there less then an hour) and my hair stylist, Lisa, was very friendly and easy to get a long with. She did an excellent job cutting and styling my curls and I can absolutely say that it is my best hair cut yet. AngieWhy Angie? She has naturally curly hair, easy to speak with about my hair concerns, and has been trained with Deva-understands the technique and applies it very well without taking short cuts. The atmosphere in the salon is R..E..L...A..X, be yourself and come as you are---very nice feeling especially when you feel that you need to be pampered.I have been to another "nationally top ranked" salon who have used the Deva techniques...but they took short cuts and my hair didn't look good and I didn't walk out of the salon satisfied.
