Have been with SC for over a year. the transition was challenging, to the point that we upgraded our level of service to Platinum. Dilan Cloud provided AMAZING service and attention to detail as we adapted to the system. He provided us personal account manager- who is amazing! She is hands on with attention to all of the many marketing platforms we have. The design team is fabulous and turn around work quickly. We have become much more relevant in all social media platforms due to their services. It is still evolving, and i look forward to perfecting our systems. The former company we were using tried to win us back, offering better deals, but i wouldn't consider leaving SC due to the level of personalized service we are receiving. If you are a salon owner I want you to know that Salon Cloud Plus is a great tool for your salon. It helps the clients and the team it's a great tool. I sent out a 911 HELP call to them our computer went down and need a new internal drive it took 2 days to get. Well panic set in because we could not get into millennium salon appointment book. The team had their appointments on the app. I reached out to customer service saying I was in Aruba on vacation could the help. They were in touch with our front desk in minutes and was able to give them all the information the reservationist needed to keep us up and running for the 2 days. I met the SalonClouds’ team during a "Top200 Salon" conference in New Orleans couple of years ago. I was walking thru a crowd of vendors filled with people telling me that I needed whatever they were selling, as you can expect.
Then I met Dilan, standing next to a big TV screen that looked like a giant app. He started our conversation by asking me what it was I was looking for? The TV caught my attention, but it was his approach, industry knowledge, & excitement to fix problems that kept it.
For years, I had tried to use efficiency gains thru technology, and ongoing process improvements, to help my team break thru the challenges that the hair industry faces. So I had a long list to say the least.
I’m a process engineer with master degree in business, and I run my salon company like a business. My goal is simple, but not easy. I want to grow profits with a sustainable approach, add value & enhance our guests’ experience, & coach my team members to help them become six figures income earners. Within 10 minutes of speaking with Dilan I knew I had hit the jackpot. I knew why & what I wanted, and he gave me the how! I returned what I had purchase from other vendors, and we got to work.
So far we have launched apps, created a new, better website, opened an e-commerce, improved our guests’ database management, created loyalty programs, and we are now working on new things for the near future. They walk their talk! Many players in this industry live behind a blanket of denial & wishful thinking that’s not backed with action. This is the reason why most salons in the US are not profitable, why the fallout rate of hairstylists is astronomically high, and why hairstylist struggle to afford making what they love into a career.
SalonClouds has taken the time to understand the challenges behind the hair industry; & they have created sustainable solutions to address them. The hair industry & customer expectations have evolved, and SalonClouds helps salon companies evolve with it. They are innovators & drivers of value creation for the new era of the salon business in the US.
To sum it up, I can say that the best part of earning the recognition as one of America’s Top 200 salons was that it gave me the opportunity to work with them…Thank you guys!

I was introduced to this platform through a Millennium webinar and was INSTANTLY connecting with their representatives to get our spa on board. I worked with Sam and Tara who were both kind and friendly, and answered my questions with ease. If they didn't know the answer, they certainly found a way to get it for me. We launched today at 10 a.m. and already have 917 downloads, which is pretty cool! I am very impressed with the capabilities of this platform.
