Ordered a small order of USB drives (150) Jon and Barbara responded very quickly and shipped items very fast. It was a small first time order with a deadline and they beat the deadline they even offered.
Quality is great. Printing is perfect, all but 1 drive functioned. This for a much less price then offered anywhere else. I was doubtful when ordering but they proved themselves.

What makes a great website?
Website MUST be mobile friendly. That means people can use it easily on their cell phones. Next, it needs to be direct, to the point, make some type of offer or have a direct call to action. The site needs to function smoothly and quickly, and the images and content needs to look nice. All of this put together, will lead to more business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
First we need to learn about the goals of the business and marketing strategy. Do you want more traffic to your website? Why? Do you need sales, ok for what products should be direct them to? What is your timeframe to start, and when would you like to go live? What is your budget for this, and what type of retun will you be looking for?
Describe your creative process.
Explore and Research: We want to know where you started, where you are, and where you want to go with your company. This helps us to create the best plan of action. If you are hiring us for marketing help, consultation, or to design a website.
Next we look at websites you like, or marketing strategies that have caught your attention.
Then we begin to build an outline of our plan of action.
Get your approvals on EVERYTHING - you are the boss.
Then we really get to work and make it all happen for you.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Really depends on the project. We would want to look at any and all social media links, current website links if available. Any printed collatarel samples to get an idea of what they are doing, or have done in the past. We always offer a free analysis, so we want to look at as much as we can.
What do you love most about your job?
We are family owned and operated company. We get to be creative and use our imaginations everyday. When we hear great feedback, that fuels out fires to push harder and keep delivering high quality services. Marketing is fun, and when our clients are happy we are happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to be in control of where things were going to go. We work 60-75 hours per week. Sometimes that includes nights and weekends. But, we love what we do, so it is all done with a smile.
