My fiance David is the Sales Manager here and the staff, owners and members all treat each other like family.

I love the place. Its all you need to begin a solid foundation towards fitness and health. I find it to be a very friendly atmosphere so regardless where you are in your road to how you want to feel and look i promise you will feel right at home.

Please make the 830 spin class on Saturday a regular class we really need an 830 slot on the weekends for people who can't get there at 7:30 and love to spin and Laura is great it will be a great addition to the schedule thank you

Friendly staff & they ACTUALLY know what they're talking about. Ive had bad experiences prior at other gyms. I feel comfortable here, the "Women only room" is awesome! !!!
Bathrooms are clean. Staff is helpful and accommodating.

We are from Australia and stayed in Swampscott for a month. We looked at a couple of gyms and this one was really welcoming. The staff are fabulous and it has a really good vibe. This is 100% best gym I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of gyms in the past. Not only is it always clean, and well kept but staff, namely Richard and Jess, are always pleasent. Richard is always friendly and willing to help anyone with anything. Jess is 100% the best trainer anyone could ask for. She pushes you to do well while understanding if you have limitations, but she also knows how to make every training fun as her attitude is extremely positive. Jess also is one of the best instructors that this gym has, talented bringing her own choreography to her classes but also engaging. Jess is also innovative introducing the gym to Strong by Zumba, which I cannot wait to start. On top of all this gym has a wide variety of classes in a time frame that works well with just about any schedule. I know that I personally brag about my gym to basically anyone I meet. I've been a member here for 10+ years. They have all of the free weight (dumbbells up to 130lbs ea) and machine equipment that you could ever need. Multiple benches, squat racks, etc. Dozens of treadmills and other cardio equipment. The staff is awesome. Monthly membership is very low compared to other places with similar equipment/set ups. Worked out here for 2 years. Staff was friendly and they fit a lot of equipment into a small space which was nice, but a lot of the equipment was old and unrepairable. This place got the job done for me and the price was reasonable. One of my biggest gripes was that I never saw any repercussions for members leaving weights all over the place. Previous gyms that I've frequented have revoked memberships if they catch this kind of repeated behavior. More...

Love this locally owned gym! The facility is extremely clean. My wife loves that ladies have a completely closed off area that they can use that is private. Ladies can certainly use the main area but if she doesn't want to worry about getting any "looks" she has piece of mind. More...
