Ryan and his team outperformed my expectations by a long shot. They also outperformed typical cold call statistics by a huge margin. I think the main reason why they got such great results is the fact that they have a big team of real humans (not some software) that do the calls. They did everything from the script, to reporting, to the calls themselves. I also think a big success factor was that they call every contact up to 3 times and not just once. What do you love most about your job?
We love that we are "sales coders." While many think telemarketing and appointment setting is rote, disrespected, and resented, we believe every conversation is a new algorithm we are meant and destined to crack. Every conversation is a new opportunity, reveling in our success and critiquing each failure to configure our next best move.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Me, Ryan, was inspired because 1.) I was always toying with some type of entrepreneurial role in my life. I always had to find my own work, so the conversation and message that connected other humans to what I offered was something I incessantly thought about. 2.) Any career job I had from the time I graduated to the time I started my own business had to do with the live, human conversation that brought a new idea to life in the mind of the prospect. 3.) My whole career I was a salesman, and many times received the "oh, sorry you are stuck doing that" answer when explaining my jobs. I always hated this, so I am on a mission to give sales a good name. 4.) Unbeknownst to me, cold calling and appointment setting is a lost art, and has a significant gap in the market place. While many business owners gravitate toward SEO and digital marketing, almost no one cold calls. We do.

Passion. I didn't start this business because I felt it would make me money. I started it because I love sales and the wit, prowess, technical expertise, creativity, and courage you must have to do it day in and day out. I love sales and love telemarketing.
