The best trainer you can find "Roger", he gets you the personalized attention needed. Cross-fit is hard. Crazy hard. Like laying on the floor thinking that you are going to throw up if you don’t die first hard. It is burning chests, screaming muscles, and blind determination carrying you through just one more rep.
