I had my daughter's farewell quinceanera at this venue on July 6. It was honestly one of the most beautifully decorated events I have ever been to or seen since i have planned many other people's events. The food and staff was amazing. This venue was so beautifully decorated that I'm still getting compliments on it. It literally looked liked something out of a fairy tale book the venue was so breath taking and for an added bonus they made spanish food. The experience we had with the Royal Courtyard was absolutely Amazing. The service me & my husband received for our wedding was top notch. From beginning to end, Mrs. Sharon & Mr. Noel provided excellent customer service, the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious. The place is beautifully tucked away from the gystle and bustle of Virginia Beach yet it is so close. Nice facility for holding weddings, birthdays or special ocassions.

My parents just had their 40th wedding anniversary party here and it was the most amazing night! My siblings and I planned this night for them and everyone from Royal Courtyard made us feel like family. This wonderful place took care of everything we needed and was always there when ever we had questions. The catering was on point and delicious, the Dj kept everybody moving, the bartender was excellent and so sweet, the photographer (Steven) was heaven sent with his patience and kindness, and Margarita was an absolute genius with the cake! The staff was fantastic! Last but never least. Noel (owner) and Robin (event coordinator) were the best! I had my 18th Birthday party here! aka Debut for Filipinos. It's a really beautiful place to hold an event! The staff was very professional and very kind too! The tables were decorated so well! When you see it from the outside it seems like it wouldn't look that nice, but when you go inside  you would be amazed by how elegant it looks.  A majority of our guests have never been here before and they were impressed. Rehearsals were only suppose to be an hour, but Noel let us rehearse for two hours. We had to practice our dances like my waltz and my special performance with my friends, practice how the 18 roses would walk and dance with me, and practice how the 18 candles would walk too. I'm very thankful for Noel for giving his time for us to rehearse all of this. We had a problem with the the cake because we were told it would feed 250. Noel saw the cake and knew that it wouldn't feed all our guests. The lady that we bought the cake from argued with my mom about how we didn't tell them how many people we would be feeding. (we did ask if it would fit 250 and they said yes) Noel could see how my mom was upset/mad and handled the situation with the cake lady. He offered to get a sheet cake for us!Without Noel, his wife, and the staff, I wouldn't have had such a special memory. Thank you so much! More...

We used Royal Courtyard for my grandmother's 80th birthday! All of our guests were amazed by the venue & staff! The food was great and the service too! I had my wedding and reception at the Royal Courtyard and loved every minute of it! The decorations by Robin, Noel's consistency and diligence throughout the process and throughout the wedding itself made all the difference in the world. This venue is perfect if you want an amazing dance floor, food, and fun. The food was awesome cheers to our chef!

This place is under new management. I been here a looong time ago, actually forgot about this place until a friend of mine had her wedding here today. It's off of Virginia Beach Blvd behind other shops, very easy to miss. It's a one story venue with a big area to hold all types of events. There's also a dance floor and bar area. From what my friend said, there's package deals that includes decoration, lights and food that is very reasonable. There's also an area space to get married, to have that one stop shop. I had my 40th birthday celebration here last month. Upon meeting with Daisy, my husband and I knew that we had chosen the perfect venue for our celebration! Daisy and the staff at the Royal courtyard were kind, pleasant and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that my birthday celebration was the best that it could be. The guests are still telling me how delicious the food was! The venue's atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for an upscale event! Had my mother-in-laws retirement dinner party at The Royal Courtyard and it was gorgeous!!  Everything was setup so beautiful and the staff was amazing!  Daisy and Noel made sure everything was perfect and all we had to do was show up.  The dinner was delicious, we had Chicken Piccata, Marinated Beef with Herb Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and fresh Green Beans, with dinner rolls.  And it was full service wait staff, which made socializing with guests so easy.  The dance floor is awesome and they have a great sound system.  There was also a cash bar for our guests, so everything we could ask for was provided!  Definitely would use The Royal Courtyard again for my next event!! My husband and I was planning our wedding and reception for over a year and a half. When we say everything was superb, we mean everything! We must give our kudos to Noel and Isabel!! They helped in every way they possible could even down to the last few weeks when I(the bride) started stressing a little over our guest count. They understood what we wanted and how we wanted everything for our reception. We encourage anyone who is looking for a nice venue for any occasion no matter the size we definitely would recommend The Royal Courtyard!! We had our company Christmas party here at The Royal Courtyard. Considering we usually go to Golden Corral or another restaurant with a banquet room, this was definitely a change of environment for us. The new owner, Noel, and his staff were very kind and helpful. I checked out a couple of places and the price here seemed on point, not extremely cheap (which I'm pretty sure one wouldn't want anyway) and no crazy extra charges. The venue was the perfect size for a smaller party (there's two different rooms. we were in the smaller of the two with about 50 people) and was decorated impeccably. We did in-house catering and everything was great. Our employees enjoyed it and, needless to say, it was our best Christmas party thus far! Highly recommend The Royal Courtyard. Our recent visit to The Royal Courtyard was GREAT! and I must let you know that our 3 day conference couldn't have happen without the support of you and your wonderful staff. Your staff showed outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service from the very beginning of the conference until our exit. The Royal Courtyard was the event site for our recent Sister's Retreat for the second year. I would like to commend and recognize your star cast/staff for their extraordinary service. Mrs. Norman, Wow! What an outstanding example of leadership. She went the extra mile to make sure we the women were satisfied (over 200 of us). The Banquet Staff was pleasant each day and greeted and served us with a smile. The service the staff gave was outstanding. These ladies and gentlemen were fantastic and the customer service didn't miss a beat with our every changing needs (smile) even when the staff changed during our 3 day event, which must speak volume about your training programs.
