Royal American Limo

Arranged late evening transportation for my daughter from the airport to her hotel many miles away for a trip thru Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. The plane was arriving later than scheduled, Royal American keep me informed from the driver leaving for the airport, arriving at the airport, making contact with my daughter and her arrival at the hotel. The customer service group was kind, professional and reassuring as the flight was not going as scheduled.
