While we had some difficulty with getting someone out at first(kept getting delayed), once we got Tyree out the next day he was fantastic! He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing every step of the way so that my mom and I were comfortable with all the work that was done. He even offered to help clean the kitchen after we had to cut away part of the drywall ceiling due to a leaking toilet in our upstairs bathroom.
