Rossini’s has ,in my opinion, the best pizza in the area and by that I mean within a 100 mile radius. Their food is equally as good with a wait staff so friendly and nice. Literally everything is good here from the pizza to the specials love it !  Chicken parm and eggplant parm are top notch.  Don't even get me started on the fresh bread they serve with dinner soooo good!

Eating at Rossini's is a weekly occurrence! The service is excellent. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Best Pizza in town. Never any burn spots, balanced toppings, sauce isn't acidic. Will always return for more. Their menu is standard italian fare, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, great simple rustic meals for reasonable prices. They make one of the best pizza’s & a calzone you would die for. There is no dinner that is more tasty than another. Their eggplant sub & dinner is superb. Can’t say enough about this restaurant. Best of all they care about their customers. Waitresses always check back several times to see if everything is ok or if you need anything else. This is a little gem hidden just outside of East Hampton. We were there for lunch and ordered a pizza. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The sausage and meatballs were both incredibly good. The medium is the size of a large pizza anywhere else so be warned, it's quite a bit of food. The service was fantastic and from what we could tell we need to go back for a grinder. Although we had eaten at Rossini's multiple times in the past, none were recent visits so on this particular Wednesday we decided to vary our late lunch/ earlier dinner routine. We started off our meals with a delicious bowl of thick, rich seafood chowder and some crusty bread accompanied by a glass of House White Zinfandel. I ordered the Linguine with a Bolognese Sauce and my dining partner chose Tony's Special Platter ( the ample entrees arrived piping hot and so delicious). Waitress service is very prompt and friendly here. With no room left for dessert and our remaining dinner packed up in boxes we paid our tab and made our way home.
