WOW WOW WOW. We had the most amazing food catering experience with Rosa's for our smoky mountain destination wedding. First off, their servers were so kind, professional and fun. For our food we did a pasta bar with grilled chicken, mini meatballs, grilled veggies and salad for the dinner portion- everything was so fresh and tasted amazing!! We got so many compliments on how well seasoned everything was. For appetizers we had bacon covered scallops, chicken & waffles and bales brie.....the baked brie is a MUST!! Rosa's Catering supplied complete catering service for my daughter's wedding reception in May 2019, as well as supplying food for the rehearsal dinner. They were extremely professional, easy and pleasant to deal with, supplied everything as promised and more. Rosa's work in your budget and they have an extensive list of food to choose from. Not only did they work within my budget but they also went above and beyond ON SITE. It was such a relief knowing that they took care of the food and drinks at our wedding last April 25th because they really did cover everything from food and drinks to all the china plates and cutlers. I don't think I've ever had such good food at a wedding before!! We had appetizers during cocktail hour that included crap cakes, glazed chicken skewers and italian meatballs. Rosa's not only catered our wedding, but also our rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, & bridal luncheon. Ginger and her team were SO easy to work with & accommodating to what we wanted. The food & their presentation & service turned out better than we could have ever imagined & exceeded all of our expectations. They made the most amazing paella (a special dish we requested) for our rehearsal dinner. They catered my bridal luncheon the morning of my wedding with sandwiches, fruit, & pasta salad & the girls loved it! All of the wedding food turned out delicious. We had pizzettes, meatballs & crab cakes for our cocktail hour - HIGHLY recommend. We had a stir fry station, chicken skewers and veggie skewers, mini burgers and mini sweet potato biscuits with turkey, plus mini assorted desserts and strawberries with chocolate fondue for our reception. The chicken skewers are a MUST have but we truly enjoyed all of it! They also catered our farewell brunch on Sunday morning after the wedding with a biscuit bar, omelet station, and fruit/parfait station & it was just amazing. My husband and I tried several different options at Rosa's and they were very helpful in the decision making with pricing and options for our budget. they printed off several invoices so we could see it in writing and had a book of different set ups of food items so we could see pictures of their food. We went with the taco bar and our guests raved about the food! unfortunately, as the bride, I was only able to eat half a taco but it was wonderful!
the bar service was questionable, they sent a young male who barely looked old enough to drink alcohol, and might not have been! at the end of the night, he was handing out bottles of wine to our guests. More...

Rosa's staff were amazing and a blessing to work with for our wedding. There was someMiscommunication about set up and services, but the staff were so gracious in making adjustments. Their kindness made everything easier. We had the chicken cordon blue and it was amazing!! We wanted to do brunch for our wedding and Rosa's was one of the few caterers that we found that offered an extensive brunch menu, so we chose them. It was a fantastic decision, as the food we were served was some of the best I've had! Everyone loved the food and the portions and selection were great! I wouldn't use any other caterer in Knoxville. Ever since I first reached out, Ginger has always been enthusiastic, prompt, and professional. I inquired about a brunch wedding and she sent me a few different menus to choose from within 24 hours. Our consultation was top notch, and they really have everything under control. You really don't have to worry about a thing. They blew us away how accommodating they were, and their servers and bartenders were friendly. The FOOD was AMAZING, and our guests could not stop talking about the waffles, bacon, and omelets. Ginger even helped us out when cutting the cake. We felt so taken care of and almost spoiled! As one who values online reviews, I wanted to share our success story with Rosa's Catering. Our Rotary Club was discussing it's annual Christmas party, and we were trying to get our plans together to put it on. We had discussed going to one of the local restaurants, but instead opted to go with Rosa's Holiday Menu. We had gotten our wedding cakes from Rosa's in April of 2013 (which were also amazing!), so I knew we were in great hands. Upon contacting Rosa's, I spoke with Ginger to get the ball rolling on the order. She handled everything for us, so we didn't have to worry about anything else we needed. We didn't get a staffed event, instead opting for the delivery with disposable serving trays and warmers. Everything from the delivery, to the setup was done with care. The food was awesome, and the cake we had for the dessert was delicious. If you need someone to cater your event that cares about what they do and how they do it, look no further than Rosa's Catering! Hands down the best food I have had at any wedding! That is what all my guest have said even a month after our wedding! I could not agree more! We went family style and I'm so happy we did. Hands down THE BEST! From the very beginning I knew I wanted to use Rosa's. We had met with a few others, but Ginger made me feel so comfortable and I felt so confident in our choice. My husband was the one that actually wanted family style dinner. I was truly scared that it would go wrong...BUT it went so right! The staff was amazing! Our family & friends said it was the best food and dinner style they had ever had at a wedding! Now if that doesn't make you feel a certain kind of way; then I don't know what! One of the best caterers in Knoxville not just because of the food, but because of their service. Rosa's took care of my sister's wedding yesterday and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as she wanted. The workers even took care of responsibilities that were not their own such as cleaning and putting away champagne flutes that she rented. Throughout the entire process, they were accommodating and patient with any changes she needed to have made and their pricing is SUPER REASONABLE. Probably one of the only vendors I have seen that haven't tried to take advantage of charging someone super high just because they know it's a wedding.
