I have used Ros Al Floral, which is at least 2500 miles away so had to place my faith (and $$) in their hands. I have never been disappointed with Ros Al. Their arrangements absolutely gorgeous (I received e-mail photos from recipients)The same gentleman who takes my order over the phone, delivered them personally AND then calls me before they are delivered if he has any questions AND after they are delivered, just to let me know it was done, as promised. (PA- eastern time to NV Pacific time) This is local business despite the fact that they must field calls all over the place. To compare them with international corporations that have multimillion dollar annual budgets reserved just for "finding the right address" is unfair. I wish I knew more people to send flowers to in the neighborhood where this proprieter does business!! A+++++ More...

I live on the outskirts of Hawley, and have never had a problem with flower delivery from Ros al...These people give excellent service and are very polite and courteous. I love the flower arrangements that I receive from them and will continue doing business with this company. Chris is a rare treasure. He is always upbeat and always has a smile on his face.
