Stacy is beyond amazing. She did our flowers and was our wedding coordinator which was so helpful and wonderful for us. Let me just say, I had extremely high expectations when it came to my florals. Then Stacey came in and completely blew my expectations out of the water! Stacey is the sweetest person you will ever meet! I had to plan my wedding from afar as I had a destination wedding Las Vegas. There was a lot of apprehension and nervousness as I had never done this before. After speaking, and contacting multiple florists--Stacey was the first one to call me and take the time to explain everything to me. On our first phone conversation, she spent literally over an hour to make sure that she understood my vision and she e-mailed me tons of pictures just to check and see if those flowers/colors were what I had envisioned. Just from my descriptions she was able to send me sample photos (and even some of the exact photos I had saved on Pinterest)--that was how I knew she was the one. And of course, she absolutely nailed my vision and even far exceeded my expectations on my wedding day. She is very organized, and when I got a chance to meet her in person a few months before my wedding--she prepared pictures and decorative samples to make sure that I was happy with everything. She was very thorough about explaining how everything would work. From start to finish, it was a great experience and I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is so dedicated to her work and her customers. I received the most beautiful bouquet on my wedding day, and all of my wedding guests cannot stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were at my ceremony (decorated arch) and my reception. My husband and I decided to re-take some wedding photos for our first wedding anniversary while we were visiting Las Vegas. We didn't love our wedding photos (taken with a different photographer and all different vendors in CA). Since I wasn't too familiar with all the vendors in Vegas, I asked around for some floral references from some other vendors we worked with since we were from out of town. Roots wasn't on anyone's list, but I found them through some web searching. They were the most responsive, had the best price, and understood my vision from the start. Stacey was amazingggggggg and the quote and proposal had everything EXACTLY how I envisioned and the bouquet, flower crown, and boutonnière were literally PERFECT on the day of. If you are on the verge of whether or not to hire a day of planner for your wedding (or a decorator), hire a planner NOW, or better hire Stacey. Stacey was probably the most important reason our wedding was so so great. She had the best attitude, came in early, had no issues with any of my ridiculous requests through out the day (I asked her to even pick up milk at the hotel and she made it happen). May god have mercy on this lady but putting up with me, but she did and exceeded all of my expectations. She was my go to girl the entire day of the wedding. She is AMAZING!! Even my guests knew who the planner was and kept commenting on how great she was. My husband, who is completely oblivious of all wedding related stuff, texted me to say that our planner hit it out of the ball park. I gave her the layout for the day and she didn't miss ANYTHING. I had so many different things going on, and she made them ALL happen, was super flexible and really a major reason why the wedding was on time and flew perfectly. When we were planning our wedding, we knew we didn't care to have many flowers. My bouquet and toss bouquet, bridal party flowers/boutonnieres and that was it. To me, flowers weren't something I cared to spend money on, but knew I had to. I never thought I'd have fallen in love with them! Everything was perfect. My bouquet was flawless and so special to me. The bridesmaids' flowers (they all had single garden roses with turquoise ribbons) were the classy, simple touch I needed. Stacey did a fantastic job for our wedding! Only a week or two before our wedding she met with mom and discussed options and pricing. I live out of town so Stacey was great about communicating with me and giving me sample pictures so I could tell her what I did and didn't like. She wasn't offended when I said something wasn't right for my taste. She simply found something different. Our bouquets were gorgeous; I got so many compliments. She did a great job at working within our budget as well. I have a hard time paying a lot of money for flowers, but was still very happy with our quality. The flowers looked stunning all day; no wilting even in 118 degree weather. I loved how nicely she worked succulents into all aspects of the bouquets/boutonniere without overpowering the flowers. Wow! I was floored by the flowers at my wedding! I had a very limited budget for flowers. However, flowers are expensive! They just are . I decided that I would extend my budget to have the flowers I wanted. Everyone has that one thing about their wedding that matters the most, and for me it was the flowers. With Roots Flowers and Events I still felt like I got great value for what I spent. Nobody else came close to working with Stacey. She was so friendly and responsive and offered amazing service! Stacey was the best money spent for our wedding. In fact, she saved us money by finder cheaper vendors than we had found, etc.
Stacey made all of our wedding flowers as well as coordinated our wedding. The flowers were fresh and perfect, exactly what I had asked for and then some!
I don't know how we would have pulled off a destination wedding without her. She thought of everything and even went out to our venue and sent me a video and pictures as I couldn't go myself. I was able to ship some things directly to her so we didn't have to bring it all in our luggage.

I was planning a vow renewal on the Las Vegas strip, from thousands of miles away. I never met or spoke to Stacey on the phone and I didn't need to. She sent me some photo examples to help me narrow down what I liked and didn't for a bouquet and boutonniere. I asked for all green, not really many to any flowers. We handled all the details and payment via email.

She delivered the flowers right to our hotel, on time, and in a vase! They were gorgeous. Fragrant herbs, greens, leaves and some tiny green accented flowers I've never seen before.

I wanted something smaller, not the typical bridal sized bouquet, since it was a vow renewal. She didn't shy away from business that might've made her more money. The price was very reasonable, too.

Stacey is absolutely hands down one of the most amazing people I've worked with during the most stressful time of planning a wedding she's is just kind and really helped a lot when my brain was all scattered. The only thing I would change looking at the pictures is maybe just referencing who's boutonniere is whose because my groomsmen (only two) weren't in the right colors.
