Arthur and his crew were FANTASTIC. He delivered on every promise. We were turned down by our insurance company two years ago for hail damage. Arthur dealt with insurance company this time and we had approval and a check in less than two weeks. Told us the job would take one day. It did. WOW! Excellent work from start to finish. We received a few quotes and selected Roofing Aid. Roofing Aid stood out because of the detailed quote and option for a 10-year guarantee. The crew came early morning and finished completely by mid-afternoon. On the day of the first inspection and estimate, they gave me a detailed explanation of the condition of the roof, along with photos and even videos of what they saw up there. On the day they came to replace the roof, they showed up early in the morning and worked all day (13.5 hours) and got the job finished and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Arthur came out quickly and determined that the problem was storm damage to our roof. He helped us with the paperwork for our insurance company, our claim for a new roof was approved and then his crew did the work, including fixing and painting the area that was damaged in the bathroom. Arthur looked at my roof and determined the copper roof over the window area is what was causing my small leak. He does not do this kind of work. But this didn't stop him from looking over the whole roof, told me roof is in great shape. Pointed out a few areas that could use a bit of silicon. Was really honest and patient.
