I have been lucky enough to get to know Mark over the last year and a half and after finally committing to replace my roof I wanted to let people know that he and his team did a great job on fully replacing the roof and gutters on my house as well as conducting a thorough cleanup.
We had one very minor mishap which he took care of immediately.

I was referred to Mark a few weeks ago when water started dripping through our ceiling due to a few days of heavy rain! Mark was extremely responsive. I walked him through the issue we were having and he asked a bunch of questions. One was what type of roof do you have? My answer was tile. This was the part that I truly appreciated...Mark's specialty is not tile though he could have told me it was and done the job. He was very honest and then referred me to a few others that he knew in the industry well. It didn't stop there, Mark followed up with me to make sure his contacts had reached out and I had received estimates. He also reviewed the estimates, gave me feedback, and he even looked at the pictures for me to make sure the estimates lined up to what was being requested! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He went above and beyond what I expected and I truly appreciate his help. If I had another type of roof Mark would have been my first choice and in our next home he will be! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Mark. Roof MD did an excellent job with repairs to my home. They fixed a leaking pipe jack on the roof, repaired siding that was damaged during Harvey and did an amazing job with two areas inside my home that needed dry wall repairs. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. Matt was very thorough and followed up promptly with his estimate as well as getting everything scheduled. Roof MD are the best contractors I have ever worked with. Mark showed up on time, was professional and unbiased when reviewing the repairs we needed from Harvey, and gave us a reasonable quote. The crew was scheduled the next week and they showed up on time and got the work done in one day. The supervisor (Wilson I think) kept me updated the whole day and was even nice enough to let my dog out to use the bathroom.
