We had the Grilled Shrimp PoBoy and we both loved it! We were a bit surprised it was grilled but it was delicious... we loved their house remoulade sauce, I would put that on my fries too!!

Po'Boy's weren't awesome. Not bad, just heavy on bread and super light on contents. Jambalaya and their loaded fries were absolutely delicious.

I love me some blackened fish po boy!!!! They come by Cypress Waters often and I would get a po boy every time! They are one of the more reasonable food trucks because they don't rip you off on the portions and the price is just right! They offer a po boy for $8 or you can get a combo with a side for $11. Taste is also on point and everybody who works here are so nice! More...

I tried this food truck today. Â I had the Cajun bacon cheeseburger with fries. This was the best burger and fries I have had in awhile. It was worth every penny and some. Â I'm looking forward to the next time! More...

Asked Rock'n Rick's to cater a private event at our house. Â Â Truck arrived about 30 minutes prior to the serving time and promptly got set-up and was ready to go on time. Â They served the full menu with all the sides and soft drinks for a party of 40 hungry adults and did it quite efficiently. Â Food was great as usual and I received many compliments on the whole idea of a food truck, the variety, quality, and quantity of the food. Â Â Everyone was very pleased with their food. Â Â I personally ate some Cajun fries and a double bacon cheeseburger. Â Lot of folks had burgers, some had hotdogs, gumbo, red beans and rice and everyone had the fresh cut french fries. Â Â Also saw quite a few folks eating po boys, especially the shrimp po boys. Â Everything freshly made. Â They served the food with short wait times and stayed for a bit to ensure everyone was fed and then cleaned up and were on their way. Â Â Â This is the way to have a party! Â Â I highly recommend Rick and his team for your event as well as their everyday food truck business. Â Â We tried them twice prior to booking our party and their food/service was great then too. Got the shrimp po boy and a side of red beans and rice. The po boy was good. As another reviewer noted, there were only six shrimp, but they were nice sized so I didn't really have a problem with that. Plus, they were tasty and, hallelujah, not overcooked. (I don't know why so restaurants think you need to cook shrimp until it coils up and turns into rubber.) The roll was a bit too big, but not bad.The big hit for me was the red beans and rice - I will probably get a full-sized portion by itself on my next trip. More...

I've only had the Creole fries but I really like them. The first time I didn't get the sour cream/ranch drizzle because I generally don't care for ranch dressing much. Second time I tried it with everything. Either way they were good. I'm not 100% sure they're $8 good, but for a once in a while treat it's not bad. More...

Go straight to this food truck and get the Rockn' Rick Fries - fries with cheese, bacon, jalapeños, remoulade sauce, sour cream, ranch. ..and wait for it...wait for it...CRAWFISH!  I was there with my sister and our heads almost exploded when we read their menu, and those fries did NOT disappoint!  I'm a Cajun girl from Southwest Louisiana, and I always love dishes that remind me of the homeland, cher! The shrimp po-boy was pretty good, and I like the grilled shrimp rendition, which is a departure from the usual Cajun deep-fried everything po-boys.  That remoulade sauce they slather on everything is really good.  The pulled pork sandwich also received positive reviews from the sis.A few items just didn't live up...jambalaya and red beans and rice; pass on those and go straight for the Rockn' Fries! I highly recommend this food truck. We've had the Philly cheesesteaks, burgers, and red beans and rice, and they're all great. I own a small business, and I've sent this truck out to serve lunch to my customers at their offices as a Christmas treat. It's a fun event, very easy to send the truck out and make everybody happy with a great lunch. More...
