Fantastic service! I've rarely had such attentive yet unobtrusive staff to help with my stay. Room was immaculate,  balcony in my room overlooked the river.  Great place to rest and recharge after a work trip.  Ricardo and Blossom went above and beyond each day.The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because I could hear someone snoring all night.  Ugh. We visited River terrace in November to celebrate our honeymoon and with our 4 months old baby! The hotel is great, we mean because of the baby we spend sometime inside. Nice rooms with lots of space, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. This was my 4rth time staying at River Terrace Inn. My husband and I ||stay here every time we come to Napa. The location is perfect; walking distance from the OxBow Market and town. From the moment my girlfriend and I arrived at the River Terrace Inn, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Ricardo welcomed us on our first night and upgraded our room to a river view which was spectacular. The room had a private balcony that had a great view of the Napa River and surrounding habitat. The jacuzzi tub was spacious and worked flawlessly. ||||We decided to extend our stay because of the friendly staff, great/clean accommodations and the chic relaxing environment. The front desk agents, Jeanette, was extremely helpful for us to re book and remain in the same room. The hotel had nice cruiser bikes free to use for guests and the restaurant/bar is delicious. The bartender, Jeffrey, was particularly helpful and made wonderful cocktails. ||||Well, we were having so much fun and we stayed another night. Blossom and Violeta at the front desk once again got us an amazing river view room. ||||In conclusion, the elegant, rustic and chic Hotel has a lot to offer from gorgeous views and a relaxing atmosphere to a top notch team working for the hotel. Lovely hotel, lovely view and lovely stay... we arrived in Napa later than expected after a dreadful trip from SFO but we were welcomed with a very nice glass of local wine by Ricardo at the front desk, Ricardo made our dinner reservation and even helped us with our luggage great service! Let me tell ya, I hit the RTI bar one chilly Wednesday, rain had plagued the afternoon. I was met by the sweet, smiling staff who kept me giggling and enthralled with witty conversation. We were very pleased with our one night stay at River Terrace Inn. Upon arrival we were greeted with sips of wine for us and even for our friends celebrating their 10 yr anniversary staying at a nearby place. Jeanette at the front desk had the best attitude and helped to get us the best room possible with a relaxing river view. The room itself is spacious, was spotless, and the double shower head felt amazing in a large jetted bathtub. Location is perfectly situated in the center of Napa, especially easy to get around on the bikes the hotel provided as a courtesy. My first solo trip and I was lucky to have stayed at this hotel in the beautiful Napa area. From check-in with Blossom and getting a free glass of wine to getting recommendations of the best wine tours around to check out, which was the fastest and speediest process I've even experienced! The staff always had a smile at any time, the food is great, the beds are comfy. I love that it is a small hotel compared to like some of the larger chains but it didnt feel like a small hotel.
