These people are willing to work with ambiguous instructions. Our Springer had never been boarded with our border collie so we didn't know whether they would play-wrestle too roughly to be kept together. As it turns out they were fine together. they took my dog and my husband to get my first person and I was in a coma for the first week of pregnancy because of my mom in my late teens who were in a coma in a hospital and she had a baby come on the baby tonight but I was in a hospital with a little secret in my house for the first few months and it wasn't really easy to make a difference to me

It was tough looking around for a boarding facility that would accommodate a non other dog friendly dog but Rio Gran was more than willing to take my Zoey. She just got home from a 9 day stay with them while we were out of the country which is the longest we have left her. She has been there a few other times before with a max of 3-4 days and they have always said she behaves herself really wonderfully there. I love the fact they they offer $5 for 30 min play times that she can have just her and the staff members since she can’t have group play with other dogs. I called mid trip to check up on her and the man I talked to said how everyone loved her, she was behaving great, eating great and everything which was amazing to hear! Also again when I picked her up today they told me how sweet and cute she was and how much she behaves herself there! The best part is taking your dog home after being at boarding for that long and they do not smell like they have been in a kennel for 9 days! Will definitely continue to use this place! More...

We used their training services and saw the greatest improvement with our dog Timber. The first class was so bad. We had the worst behaved dog in class by far. What an outstanding facility all around! We have a 12 and a half year old lab that came home happy and well rested after a week at Rio Gran. Family run business, really friendly folks. super clean place and you can tell they really love dogs. I felt great having my dog stay here!
He was much happier than when I left him at previous kennels. Their pricing is competitive and it's easy to find a coupon at my local vet's office. These people know dogs and run their business great. I always watch how they treat my dog, and I can tell they really loved him. and they were sad to see him go. wow!
I highly recommend this boarding kennel.
