I had an opportunity to work with Noelia this week and she is professional, very knowledgeable, and highly skilled as a trainer. I was looking for someone to work with specifically on boxing techniques and found her as she has a background as an amateur fighter. Throughout the hour, she was patient, motivating, and encouraging but also made sure I was working hard during that time. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to train with that can work toward general fitness goals or more specific areas of improvement. After a few years of not working out, I wanted to get back into it safely, while also pushing myself. RightFit was an easy way to get in touch with a vetted trainer. Lamont, my trainer, showed me different workouts besides the light weights and cardio I used to do. He’s also friendly and nonjudgmental. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Matt matched me up with Shahzaad and it was a perfect fit. If you’re in Chicago, I would recommend Shahzaad hands down. I have been so happy with my trainer and the progress of my workouts, that I have no intention of giving this up.
