These guys are as good as it gets. We own a dry cleaner that no one ever thought could be cooled. Bill and his team studied our facility listened to our concerns and put a plan together and said they could cool our facility. I was a bit apprehensive, because I knew how much heat we produced. After everything was installed I was blown away. It was a complex project that was thoroughly thought through by Bill and his team. We now have one of the few dry cleaning facilities in the country that has AC throughout the entire plant and it works wonderfully. Bill was and still is amazing to work with. Not only have we had Rite Way to our business, we have also used them at our home. His team is professional, courteous and most of all honest. They certainly do it the “Rite Way”. Our HVAC system was quite old and needed replacing. Everyone we dealt with at Right Way were honest, courteous, and easy to work with. I have used this company before so decided to call them directly instead of waiting on my home warranty. They came out THAT NIGHT, 8:20 PM ON A FRIDAY! !! Figured out what was wrong and advised new parts or I get a new unit. If you look at my past post, it was SO OLD I’m surprised it made it this long. My AC died two days before the 4th of July. Right Way was recommended by a neighbor and was able to get out right away to take a look at what was wrong. Their pricing for a new AC unit came in lower than the other quote I got, and they were able to install it much sooner. Our A/C stopped working on Saturday of memorial day weekend. We figured we could tough it out in the heat & humidity until Tuesday when we figured we could get a service call. Sunday afternoon our resolve to tough it out went out the window as the temperature and humidity rose. We gave Right Way a call hoping to get on the service call list for Tuesday & we had a call back within minutes and in less than an hour from the initial call a service tech was on site and now we've got cool air cranking thru the house again. Our A/C had an issue and Right Way was contracted through our home warranty company to come out and resolve it. They came out (a tech named AJ) and were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Immediately they followed up with our home warranty company. The repairs were offered at a reasonable rate but the unit was 20+ years old. Right Way offered to use the money from the home warranty to help us replace the old unit. The price on a quality brand HVAC was really good and they were able to schedule quickly to install. The install techs AJ and Jon were prompt, courteous, and very clean. The new unit looks great and they even patched some holes in the duct system I noticed from a previous vent cleaning their company didn't perform. I know that only required a little metal tape and a couple minutes of their time but they didn't have to do it. Those little things make all the difference. More...
