I've been going to ROCC for over 10 years. I see Rachel Meltzer. Excellent. I see her for adult mental health. She takes adolescents as well. She helps me, pulls out my thoughts, to reach conclusions or summaries, to communicate better with my family, friends and coworkers during times of conflict or poor communication.
