I also have 22 years experience in weight loss,strength training, metabolism boosting programs while making sure you are progressing in a safe, effective manner. I am professional and patient as well as realize that you don't need to have an extreme diet or exercise plan to change your life. Lifestyle modification and a comprehensive individualized program is the key to long term success!
I have a extensive experience in not only personal training but Pilates as well which requires extensive training in human movement. As well as my training experience I can also provide diet plans, menus and nutritional guidance!
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and understand the impact of being healthy does to one's self esteem, physical and emotional health. I also realize that people want to look good when they stand in front of a mirror. I love my job because I can help people achieve their goals and love seeing the impact as it affects every aspect of their lives!
