Went there last Wednesday night, which was their "rib night" and it was a great choice! Their beef and pork ribs are meaty and very tasty. Despite the place being packed, the service was outstanding. We received our meals in less that 15 minutes! The mac and cheese was delicious as was their sweet potato fries! Our server checked on our drinks and anything else we needed constantly! Been here with the family on multiple occasions and each visit has been an overall great experience! Everything on the menu is delicious and the portions are very plentiful. I personally like the potato spuds, huge and loaded with all the fixings. My kids always enjoy the cobblers with ice cream, we have tried the apple, peach and pumpkin, all were amazing! Service has always been great and friendly, and we never wait more than 15mins for our complete order and we're usually a party of 6. Prices are good too! I will keep coming with the family. We needed a venue to host as many as 90 people. Rib Hit East went above and beyond all expectations to accommodate our group. They reserved the entire establishment exclusively for our party, rearranged the dinning room, had a full bar, full menu, and had enough staff to manage the high numbers of orders and keep up with drink orders. Yesterday, a Wednesday night special, my family and I had THE BEST service we’ve EVER had in an El Paso restaurant. Eddie was ALL OVER it and gave us some of the best customer service ever, we couldn’t stop complimenting how great his service was.
