It's true that exercise contributes to our overall well being but it's the type of nourishment that we provide our bodies that determines if our bodies will run efficiently and correctly. Choosing healthy and nourishing whole foods is essential to our overall health and wellbeing.

It takes discipline and the ability to form new habits. It's about finding true fulfillment - not just fleeting moments of happiness.

I became a nutritionist because of my knowledge and passion for food but also because I understand the impact that our diet plays on the functioning of our bodies...from how we feel to what's going on at the cellular level. I love being part of that "ah hh!" moment when my clients understand and embrace who they are and begin to take control of how they treat themselves both physically and emotionally. It's a beautiful transformation!

I'm not very rigid in my techniques. I don't believe in one-size fits all rules. I am open to experiences and learning from everyone. I enjoy being creative and developing tools that combine many areas of emotional development. We are not one aspect of ourselves, we are holistic - our emotions and thoughts contribute to our physical bodies. I haven't found too many nutritionists who work in this way.

I support and assist in bringing balance and equilibrium to my clients’ overall physical health, fitness, and emotional well being.
