I’ve never been even remotely dissatisfied with the amazing confections that have come out of Revolution Bakery. It has truly been a blessing to have this as an option when I can eat so few other things. The baked deliciousness that I get to enjoy- although few and far between, isn’t worth it from other places. When I do decide to splurge, it has to be of the highest quality for it to be worth it- and Revolution Bakery is just that. Also. Amazing little gf bakery! I am celiac and this was such a great stop. I had a breakfast sandwich that was delicious and we tried some pastries and bread. Everything was great!

Just a delicious GF bakery/cafe, whether you eat GF or not. I can eat what’s been missing from my GF diet. Like a sourdough boule, awesome pastries. Many vegan options!

Dionne is back to turning out the most delicious gluten free and vegan baked delights. The Cardamom Fig bread I picked up this morning is perfect, and the Oat Bars never fail to satisfy a low sugar sweet tooth.

This place makes me so happy to be alive! The variety, freshness and friendly staff (the boy with the cool glasses and thick thick hair is the sweetest). I tried the scones (gf vegan), mock peanut butter cookies, salad, sausage and eggs as well as loaf breads during my stay in Santa Fe. Its enough for me to want to buy a house down the street...
