Q&As

Clean design that is easy to read and navigate. Understanding your target audience and getting them to take the proper action you desire, whether that’s conveying information, capturing leads or selling your product/service. Great content is also key.

What is the goal?
Everything we do should be to help reach that goal, from how it looks to how it sounds to what size, shape and color.

What is your budget?
Some clients don't have a budget because they don't know what things cost. And that’s ok. Setting a budget can help maximize the value of the services provided. If we know your budget is $1000, then we can set out how to maximize the impact of your project to still meet your goal.

When is your deadline?
If you have a deadline, making it is of the utmost importance. The more time you can allocate to our first project the better. This is because the first project involves allocating logos, content, photography, setting up workflows, and getting to understand how we will work together. Once we have a project or two under our belts, the workflow will speeds up considerably.

I like to get to know the customer and the business before anything. What is it that you do? What are your goals? How can we help you reach those goals? From there, we will need to get company logos (if you have one), collateral, any existing content (photography or media) that we can incorporate into your projects. If you do not have some of these things, we can work together to allocate or create them if necessary.

We can do everything from fancy business cards to large commercial web press printing of flyers you see in the Sunday paper. We can provide offset or digital printing, depending on quantity and budget.

I like to keep things simple and organized. After a phone call (or meeting) of getting to understand your business and project goals, I will take the gathered information and come up with an estimate. If the client agrees to the estimate, we will begin gathering all the content needed from the customer to complete the project. If the customer does not have certain things (like a logo), we can create them as needed. Once the project is complete, the client will receive a digital PDF to review. At that point, the client will make any necessary changes until we reach perfection. Once approval is given, we do the nescessary steps to complete the project.

Their contact information, any collateral necessary to begin the project, and a clear understanding of what it is they want to accomplish. A goal can only be met if we know what it is.

I love making customers happy. The most satisfying words I can hear is a client saying, "Job well done!" Of course I don't do it for the accolades, I love what I do because there is great satisfaction knowing you helped improve a business, company, or person.

I worked for a larger advertising and printing company for about 15 years. And while I loved the company I helped build, at some point you just know when its time to fly on your own. I believe that is why I am so passionate about helping startups and small businesses. Because I understand the struggles, frustrations, and obstacles that entreprenuers have to deal with. Its not an easy road, and I enjoy helping them become the best they can be.

Clients should choose me because I treat each project as if it were my own. Genuinely. If a project requires working through the night or over the weekend to make a tight deadline, I will do it. Most - not all - but most of my customers stay with me for life. They recognize the quality work, the willingness to meet deadlines, and concern to keep costs at a minimum.
