Gregg has been a terrific help to me over the years. He's listened to my feelings and helped me to build a strong and stable relationship with my husband. Very helpful!
Gregg is a genuine and methodical therapist. He created a written treatment plan with goals based on our first few sessions, I was impressed by that. He has a great online system for scheduling and canceling appointments. He is a good listener and appreciated his use of a dry erase board to help demonstrate ways of coping and thinking (good interactive visual). I would have continued with him if I had not had to move. I highly recommend Gregg if you are needing some type of emotional support when you are struggling with an issue/issues of concern in your life. Two small cons for me, he does not appear to keep progress notes (a copy of the treatment plan is what you get if you ask for a copy of your records upon termination of therapy). Also, at times it felt like he was being more logical in our interactions and struggled to understand and validate my feelings/emotions. If you communicate your concerns about issues you may have with him, Gregg works hard to try address them to the best of his ability. He wants to grow as a therapist and learn from his interactions with his clients, which is a great quality to have IMO. I recently received a discharge summary from Greg so that is another plus.
