We have used this company twice- first for a deep clean of the dusty dirty house we moved into, and more recently for  a basic cleaning. The owner is very communicative and responsive, the prices are super reasonable, and the teams who have come were professional, friendly and attentive to our wishes.  We will be calling them again soon! I got a move-out Groupon cleaning and they just finished up my 2 bed/2 bath 1200 sq ft apartment today in 2 hours. Elicia and Sherry were sweet and exceeded my expectations, especially having to deal with all the dog fur on the floors and carpet! They did a good job even though my husband and I were still trying to move out some stuff last minute. Janie the owner was easy to communicate with and was very nice on the phone when I accidentally gave them the wrong address when I first booked the appointment, oops! Reset Cleanup Ready the service and clean was excellent they did such a great job. My apartment is 900 sq and for 2 hours cleaning 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a timely matter. I would love to give my gratitude to the cleaners who came out and did there best for the 2.5 Hrs I paid for. Â I know cleaning isn't easy otherwise I would do it myself lol. I love the service and I couldn't be thankful. Â I'm reading other reviews and am a little confused for I had no problems and I am very understanding, and to be honest a review of using God name in oath in situation bothers me more the the problem because using God's name in oath is From fear and in Mathew 5:33-37 clearly speaks of this. Janie is a amazing! She cleans exactly how I want her to(and how it should really be done) and is super sweet. She is always on time and works quickly. She is extremely accommodating to my needs and is there for me when I need her the most. I have 4 kids and 2 dogs so my house is no cake walk, but when she leaves it feels like a 5 star hotel. This is the first time we have used this cleaning company and it has been a great experience. We had Julian clean our home, and he was great. We told him what we wanted and he did a great job. I found this company on Groupon, & it was a great deal. Even better, the owner Janie is an absolute delight! She is very responsive and friendly via text, email and phone - I appreciated her booking two of our cleaning requests on quite short notice. While the cleaners themselves were not the best we've ever had, I went ahead & chalked it up to the short notice bit. She has great customer service, follows up after every cleaning to ensure you are pleased, and even sent a small gift of candy/a thank you note at our first service. She worked with us & was apologetic/gave us a discount after our second experience with a cleaner who ultimately left her company the same day he "cleaned" our house. I was looking for a moving out clean up and was searching Living Social for different offers. I don't know what made decide to go with Reset Cleanup Ready, but I'm glad I did. Janie was super easy to talk to and schedule an appointment. When her employee showed up she (Shannon) was ready for action and got after it. I left prior to her finishing and we agreed on a place to leave the key. I returned the next day to a great looking move out ready apartment.
